Winston Water Cooler is quickly becoming a great parts house. Has some of the best plumbing parts salespeople around.

Worker at Albertsons in Ardmore lifted my credit card # and used it here at Winston. I called to let them know the charge was fraudulent and the young man on the phone didnt care at all. Makes you wonder if they in on it together....I expected them to offer to reverse the charge/ refund the fraudulent charge but no offer of any kind was extended.

Chase is great. Showed up when he said he would, was courteous and professional. Would hire again.

Great Professional Service. Had my tankless hot water system failing. They were able to diagnose and make recommendations. Identify the water hardness level was excessive and contributing to the tankless system failing. Was able to install a new system and recommend and install a water softener that greatly improved our water quality. Thank you Chase and Thomas for making sure everything worked and followed up with checking the water hardness level and making sure everything was set up correctly and functioning! Incredible difference the water softener made! Thank You!

STOP! READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THIS PLUMBER!

We called this plumber because of a leaky faucet. He charged us 20$ in parts and 95$ for an hour of labor.
He neglected to give my wife and I the option of actually fixing the problem instead of just applying a band-aide to the situation like he did.
I want to believe that he didn't inform us of the full repair option because he was ignorant of it and not so that he could keep returning to apply 115$ band-aides.
Less than 60 days after having this plumber fix the problem the leak was back because he never actually fixed anything.
I attempted contact but as of this post it's been 5 days and he hasn't bothered to return my call.

I won't be using this service again and I recommend you don't either.

Mark was called to unclog kitchen sink on July 3, 2014 . He used an auger and it appeared the drain was unclogged. After he left, I ran water and turned the disposal only to see water back up on the other side. I called him and he said he was already working another project, so it would be awhile before he could come back. He did not return and calls to him were not answered. I know it's July 4th, but a simple call to work a schedule out would be appreciated.
