We had what we thought may have been a busted pipe and were recommended Stanley Plumbing by a friend. They were able to squeeze us in that day, as well as give us instructions on what to do until their team arrived. Randall and Ethan kept us in contact along their way and when they arrived, they were able to pinpoint the issue and reassure us it could be fixed. They made sure to cover their shoes upon entering our house and promptly took care of our busted pipe. They cleaned up after themselves and provided us with their recommendations on next steps. Needed a new hot water heater installed and they were able to do it same day which was great, and our plumber got everything up to code to cut down on future mishaps, also great. Cleaned everything up so no mess left behind. Grade A service

Randol came to clear our washing machine drain several months ago, and was efficient and informative in solving our problem. We called and requested him to come replace the old faucet in main bath sink. They arrived on schedule both times and completed the work in a professional manner, and cleaned up the area when finished. I highly recommend their company and Randol. Randal did a camera review to locate my problem. He was very informative and showed me what the camera found. He recommended a treatment twice a week to correct the issue with the pipe. He was very professional and courteous. I have been using Stanley Plumbing for years and they are always very prompt to address any issues.

I recently had Stanley out to do some major work on my house. It required multiple days of work, several guys, and a lot of scheduling/coordinating with other workers to get everything done. I had multiple other plumbers out to diagnose the issues and provide bids before selecting Stanley. Stanley was the only one who correctly diagnosed the problem. They were the easiest to work with and bid very competitively. Each person who came out did good work, was respectful and did a great job of communicating with me, and took good care of my house in the midst of the chaos. They made a rough situation better and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Everyone was great, but ask for Jacob if he’s free—he will take great care of you.

I have an old house with a crawl space that most plumbers refuse to go underneath the house to do work. The plumbers that Stanley plumbing sent out did not hesitate to get under the house with no complaints. The receptionist who made our appointment was very nice and actually was able to get us an appointment sooner due to cancellations. She was very compassionate of our situation and kept us updated on when the next available plumber was coming. Upon inspection, with my little knowledge on plumbing, the work they did looked very professional and clean. The plumbers that came out were very confident and answered all the questions to my satisfaction.

I just want to thank John i called every day to check on thing and he was so great letting me know what was going on. they where very friendly and fast about get the job done. they went over and beyond to get the job done. I would recommend them to very one.

He did a great job unclogging our main sewer pipe so all the nasty water from our toilets, sinks, and showers could drain properly and not flood our entire house. These folk did an excellent and quick job, even after they had some run on services before my stop. They communicated with me to ensure I was up to date on my appointment time and apologetic that it was pushed back due to circumstances outside of their control. The folks at Stanley do great work. I moved into a new home and needed quick repairs, and they worked with my schedule to happen. They fixed the issues quickly and professionally, and when I needed the invoices quickly, Patience in the office was able to help me out with the scheduling and invoices.

I really cannot say enough great things about Stanley Plumbing and their staff. I have used them many times for clients over the last few years and they have proven to be dependable, thorough, reasonably priced, honest and kind.

Yesterday left me personally in a tough spot and my first call was to Stanley. I woke up to water running from the garage and my living room floor covered in water. I was on the phone with Patience by 8:05 and she had a crew onsite to diagnose the issue by 9. She also immediately sent my a leak detection company and a water restoration company. She followed that up with another call to give me all the tips of things I should be documenting for insurance purposes. Isaac and Owen were outstanding as well. They keep me very informed of what they were finding, what steps were needed and were great about documenting the whole repair with pictures, again, helping me with insurance. I have seen lots of concrete patches from plumbing companies, and I was impressed at how neat their patch was, much better than what I normally witness.

If you have been through a slab leak before you know it can be pretty overwhelming, but I felt like the whole team had my back all day. As I mentioned before, I have recommended Stanley to clients without hesitation, but today made me realize they are not just great at their jobs, they are also truly great people. Our sewer backed up on a Saturday and we were leaving town the next day. I called Stanley Plumbing and they had some out within an hour and resolved the issue. I would recommend them to anyone. The young man that came out was very professional and courteous.

Always a great experience with Stanley Plumbing. They have been to my house at least three or four times over the past few years and always have provided timely, professional service at a fair price. I called Patience in the office to set a time and she jumped on my request immediately and within an hour their service provider was at my house. My house required a new tankless hotwater tank. The previous tank was 15 years old. Stanley sent Mr. Randal and Mr. Isaac to solve my issue. These men worked diligently into the night getting my house hot water. They answered all my questions. I am very satisfied and happy with their service.
