I needed semi-emergent services due to broken shower fixture that would not turn off. They advertise 24/7 hours but said they had no one available until the next day.

They cleaned out our drain and replaced the Flapper they were done in less than half an hour. Plumber's were very courteous and very respectful and followed proper Covid-19 safety protocols.

Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced! Robert and Skylar came out on a Saturday to unblock my backyard sewer clean-out. The problem was fixed in minutes and I made sure to get their business card before they left!

Called with a backed up sewer and was able to get me scheduled for Saturday afternoon. Service tech's were knowledgeable and fixed my clogged sewer. From call in to arrival/ job finished I would say around 2 . A+++++

Had a sewer clog Sunday afternoon . I called a couple of places but they were booked and Thought I was going to go to a motel or friends house but called until I found A-Mac's. Glad I found them!
They got out within 45 minutes and got my drains flowing again. Definitely recommend them for any problems.

Called for assistance on a Saturday on a backed up toilet, charged $600 to fix it. Problem was still there Sunday. Called back and had them return Tuesday. Not only did they not stand by their work, they charged another $600 to fix what they failed to the first time. When asked about why it was $1200 to fix a toilet that, total, took 3 hours over 2 days, they gave no answer except “It was the house’s fault.” Continued to ask why they refused to stand by $600 worth of work and how $1200 for a clogged toilet was acceptable, he called me “lazy, disgusting, and obviously a couch potato slob.” Yes, this is the owner by the way. Completely unprofessional customer service and fairly inept at his chosen profession.

Wednesday evening, at 7:00 I called A-Mac’s Plumbing & Rooter. They were out at my house in 30 minutes! The guys were EXTREMELY nice and they educated me. I’m definitely not Plumbing savvy. They fixed my problem in less than a hour! Loved the experience and the time they took to help me understand my problem with my plumbing. I definitely will recommend them!!! Thank you guys so much!! P.s the lady that answers the phone is soooo nice, friendly and very helpful!!! Thank you, again!!!
