Called 2 weeks ago about checking my Bradford White Warranty on my hot water tank heard from them briefly ounce with no current follow up appears not to be customer driven!

They came out beginning of june and for a $88 service call that they did nothing, they said the sewer pipe needed to be dug up..$1800 a day..said go ahead and fix it because you need it to work..a month later and many calls still not fixed..said after july 4th..its after July 4th and still haven't started it....excuse after excuse.. wasted $88 and time waiting on them..

The plumber they sent to my home was not up for the job, he was having great difficulty.My wife and I had to assist him till he finally called for help.Afterwards it got worse 3 aces plumbing would not return my calls with the concerns I have.
