Called on a Sun afternoon was told someone would be out that evening was not expecting it on a Sunday and sure enough they came out got right to the job and was very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

Called these people on a Friday morning, Described plumbing issue, They placed me on the list for Monday and said someone would call me back after awhile with a few questions. Got home a little before 5 P.M. and called back worried I would miss them they said they would tell the guy so he could call me back before long, No callback!
Seeing where this was going, Saturday morning called hill and Co. Came out Monday problem solved. Aces three never did call or call for being placed on the so called list for Monday. Don't waste Your. Time with these guys.

I have had an ongoing problem at my apartment complex. Thomas, from Ace's Three finally was the technician to locate the leak and FIX it. I highly recommend this company to homeowners and businesses.

Aces Three Plumbing installed a new toilet at one of the rental properties and did an excellent job. They were punctual, efficient and respectful of the property and the tenant.

Excellent work, horrific scheduling. If they have to come back they'll say tomorrow when we get the part, or another machine.... and it turns into a week or two later. When you call and ask about it they place you at the end of the list.

I called them for service they came out after hours and I paid the additional fee and nothing was done and I was told by the service guy to call back in the morning so he could come back the next day. HOWEVER, when I called the receptionist was RUDE and told me I had to wait until Wednesday for them to come back out. I went ahead and made the appointment and I asked about what time and the RUDE receptionist said we don't have a time. What place of business can't give you a timeframe. They did take my money for doing absolutely NOTHING!!! Word to the wise DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ANYTHING GETTING FIXED!!!! P.S. - they was suppose to open at 8am and I kept getting the answering service until 8:30 am. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never used them as a plumber but if their driving is a testament to how they run business, I’d stay clear. Just passed their service vehicle riding people’s bumpers, swerving in and out of cars and driving recklessly.

$900 labor $200 part for 3.5 hours of work. Absolutely absurd. Used for several commercial jobs. One was seven busted water pipes in freezing temps that cost $5k, assumed I would receive the same reasonable pricing. Lesson learned. Call around and get bids. Especially is you are single or a widowed woman as I am. So disappointed. The apprentice with him didn’t even do anything, but I’m paying him $70 an hour to stand in my home. 😡

Ace's three are the best. Mike and mark always go above and beyond to get the job done. They even came out during an ice storm in the middle of the night and then came back the next morning. They are priced well and are very prompt. The lady in the office is very nice as well.

Man, these dudes were honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I paid the quoted price and he offered advice on what I can do to prevent the mishap again. I was briefly in disbelief when I got the bill because they are so affordable. Great guys

They're one of the vendors my job uses for rental properties, I've seen them doing hundreds of jobs for us. Always quick, reliable and friendly service at a great price. Dave is the best hands down.

Dale was the plumber who came out to my house and he was awesome! He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and was willing to answer questions to help educate myself on the issue.

I had 3 different plumbers out in one month and all of them did the same thing. These guys were the first to suggest doing something different and actually listen to me. They also gave me some tips on how to do simple repairs myself. Long story short. They figured out the problem and had it fix within a couple of days. Will definitely use again.

Professional & able to unclog my DS toilet without removing it completely. I was impressed with their professionalism, work ethic & how quickly they got it done. (4-18-23) They were also forced to work in tight quarters and did so without complaint.

Had a problem with a main sewer line backup, they came out on time, and they fixed the problem. Even though the next day we did a load of laundry and realized there was a problem elsewhere too. This company made time to come out and fix the problem right away. They were very affordable and were able to tell us what our problem was and how to fix it. We had previously waited 3 days for a different company to have time to come out just for a quote, I called this other company at the end of the week and they still weren't sure when they'd be coming by so I gave up on them and called this company, Ace's three. Don't waste your time anywhere else, call this company and get service right away.
