Steve and Malcom were great. They came out in the severe winter weather to take care of our sink issue. They stayed to make sure everything was running properly, and as always they cleaned up after themselves. I have used them 3 times now for different items and they have been great every time. Definitely will use again if needed.

Damon and Jesse arrived quickly to address backed up commode and standing water issues throughout a condo I own. They were professional and were quickly able to assess and remedy the problem today (Sunday!). Very professional and knowledgeable and after repair Damon contacted his cleaning service that cleaned the condo from the backup. All remaining standing water and worse from the back up were removed. I called three other companies and Damon was the only one who answered, was willing to come over quickly and deal with an unpleasant situation. I very much recommend this company!

My drainage was clogged and I called, the gentleman was super nice, got me scheduled in less than 20 minutes. Josh came out in less than 15 minutes, super nice and got my drainage unclog. Respectful, nice and fast. I recommend 👌

Oh, I did use a 60 lb Bosch jackhammer to pull the old flange away from the tile. The reason I had a few broken tiles. So as you're mastering plumbing, it might be worthwhile exploring some of these alternatives that don't involve jackhammering up an entire bathroom. Also, after some wire brush and multi-tool work, the drain line was less "bumpy".

Great experience. Had a washing machine drain that was backing up. Receptionist who took my call was very kind, informative, and professional. They came out same-day on a weekend, assessed the situation and gave an upfront flat rate quote at a very reasonable cost. They accidentally broke some PVC piping trying to access where they needed to get to, and the owner came by within an hour with parts, so once they were done, they replaced what they broke at no additional cost. Even though the job took longer than was expected before they could get to the root of the problem, they still honored their quote. They did a great job! Will definitely use them again.

These guys really went above and beyond for us! We had old cast iron pipes that were falling apart, and honestly, they were a total lifesaver. It all started with a clog in our upstairs shower, but then we found out the pipes behind the wall were in rough shape too. The stack was cracked in half, and to top it off, the cast iron pipe under the foundation was pretty much shot.
Damon was awesome. Super thorough and professional, but also made everything easy to understand. He walked us through what was going on and how to fix it the right way. Plus, he kept things light with his humor, which made the whole stressful situation a little easier to handle.

Plumbing Masters provided the plumbing service I needed (in short order) to replace shower fixtures during a tile replacement on the walls around the periphery of a bathtub allowing completion of tiling work, and it looked good. They even called afterward to check if I was satisfied! Turns out the tile installer had trouble making the spout seat squarely. So I asked Plumbing Masters back for help and they responded the same day and fixed it. Thanks Jesse.

Steve came out and did a plumbing inspection on a house I was under contract to buy. Thankfully I called Plumbing Masters. They created a video report from the scope that showed all the issues with the old cast iron sewer line (including being completely rusted out in sections) and gave me a quote to replace the line with pvc. Unfortunately the seller was not willing to work with me at all to resolve this issue, so I had to let the house go. With that being said, the team over at Plumbing Masters saved me a bunch of headache and money in the long run. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

Quick and professional service. Steve did a great job and left everything clean when finished. I had a copper compression fitting that needed replacing and a toilet install. I'll definitely be calling again when I need any additional plumbing work done.
