Taking advantage of winter storm $500 to 1000 to fix one busted pipe

I used these guys and they were awesome! I will continue to utilize their services.

I called about my kitchen sink and whoever answered the phone was completely rude and argued with me on what my question was. If he's this rude to customers I don't know how he's still in business

I've called to get a quote on a job, and the guy who answered didn't even say the name of the company, so I've asked if I was calling A-team plumbing. He just say yeah and I started to ask about what I needed and he just hanged on me.
I don't how they stay in business with that type of attitude.

Do not waste your time and money!

Came out on a Sunday to unclog a drain. Does not charge an evening or weekend rate. Took care of the drain and will definitely be calling Billy again. Thank You!

Feb 2021 winter storm!!! Sprinkler system Water main pipe busted and flooded my lawn and street. Mr Watters came out (5 degrees) dug and capped the broken pipe so we could turn the city water back on. He saved us in the middle of the storm and at night. He is not a tweaker like someone commented a few years ago. He is a good man! 👍

He was so awesome! Showed up super fast and was very affordable. Gave me several options and explained everything thoroughly. He also hid the massive amounts of wipes that I had been flushing for quite sometime from my mom. Good looking out!

I’ve been to norman supply, Morrison & now Reece many times. It’s wonderful. All the employees are fantastic. They have lots of inventory, customer Service is out of this world,especially the general manager, (star sales employee) Jared he’s the greatest!

Just spoke on the phone with a assistant and she was very rude! i was looking for a website so I can book services once she told me there was a website I once again asked for it then she hung up then I called back just asking for the services over the phone and she's rude again telling me to stop calling the number. Very bad Customer Service
