I made the mistake of calling a couple other companies before my wife reached out to Josh B from Roto-Rooter. He was here on a Sunday in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed the issue and explained it in a way that was easily understandable. Fixed us right up with the quickness. Was very friendly and professional. Would definitely call Josh and Roto-Rooter again if needed

After a sudden, unexpected backup, Sam was by in record time. A thorough job with plenty of testing and we were back in business ahead of the winter storm. Highly recommended. I will ask for Sam if we ever need Roto-Rooter again

The day before started having water pressure issues in the house. We live in side by side duplex. Our roofmate was having Roto Rooter doing work. They apparently shut our water off at the meter but didn’t turn it all the way back on. Called Roto Rooter they sent Sam B. out same day (Sunday). He quickly identified the problem and got the pressure back up! Very pleasant and helpful, couldn’t be more pleased

Many thanks to Julian H from Roto-Rooter. I had a house full of people and it was the night before thanksgiving and he was able to come after hours and fix a toilet clog that we were unable to get ourselves. We are so thankful to this everyday hero. Julian res presented the company he works for well, was polite, and worked quickly. Roto-rooter really does mean it when they say 24/7 service! The price was a lot but reasonable considering they came out late at night, on the night before a holiday. It would have been rough without a functioning toilet and 15 people!

My sewer backed up in the front yard. We called after 3pm. They were polite and scheduled me for the same day. They sent a picture of the service man and he arrived shortly after. He had the right tools for the job and cleared all my lines. He made sure that I felt comfortable before leaving by having me run all faucets and flush all toilets several times. It didn't take him long at all, and the $299 quote over the phone was the final bill. While we can rent the same machine (& we have before) for less...the efficiency of their service was worth the expense. Thank you.

I used Roto-Rooter for the first time today. Two toilets needed attention. One was blocked, the other needed new seating under the toilet. Jack W arrived on time, efficiently took care of things. He was polite and respectful.

I called these guys on a Sunday night. They offered to come then but it saved $ 200 to wait until the weekday Scheduled appointment for Next morning. The plumber showed up told me the problem by just me describing everything. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. I agreed to the work. He got to the problem and showed me. It was JUST AS HE SAID. Finished quickly and I was completely overwhelmed by the service I received. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

First, Jeff was great and friendly.
He was not here 30 minutes and unscrewed and bathtub faucet and switched hoses on washing machine from work you guys did a couple of months ago. No repairs were made in this breif time and was charged $231.00. Was never told there was a charge before he left or anything.

This is unacceptable and already owe over $7,000 to Roto Roter for days of repairs that was told would not go over a certain price and went over by $2000.00.

We had them come out to clear out our sink drains in both bathrooms. While they were here, he had time so we had him inspect our toilet also. He explained what was the cause for it, got it fixed, and it was much more affordable than I anticipated. Overall wonderful experience from scheduling to getting the work done! We will absolutely use them again!

We were doing laundry when suddenly the water started to back up on a Saturday afternoon! I called and they sent Frankie out 45 minutes later. He had the main line cleared in no time. Yea! Happy Valentine’s Day. :-)

My Service Technician Frankie was fantastic, he went over all the information with me prior. The contractor I had previously didn't look good enough to fix the problem to drain from the sewer line. Thank you, for double checking and saving me money. Excellent service, fast response, and would highly recommend.

Julian was an awesome service technician to deal with. Very thoughtful in his answers and knowledgeable about the questions I had. He definitely saved us this evening with a quick and efficient service. I would 100% use him again in the future.

🙏 Lonzy. Service was fast. Drain restored. Technician was courteous professional and helpful. This is about third time in several years we have used RR for this issue. (We have a tricky bend in drain and very hard water) They always come through and we feel good about it. Price has gone up dramatically…but what cost hasn’t? Thanks again to the entire team!

I’m the type of guy that likes to do things himself. However, sometimes you need a pro. I did not need a pro, I made a rookie mistake. Telly was great found and fixed the issue. I would use again. He was professional with a good personality.

Josh and Telly did such an amazing job with not only fixing the problem entirely, but with communicating with me throughout the entire process! When I had a question Josh explained everything perfectly. I will definitely post the company card on Facebook! Will never use another plumbing company!!

Called them during the ice storm because of a stopped up toilet. The electricity was out for almost everyone.

Called to see how much they would charge to come out. I almost had a heart attack when they told me. 225.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum plus another 50.00 for the use of the snake!

That s 500.00!!! For a stopped up line!!!
