My home warranty contacted them about fixing a bathtub drain. They send a man out that was very nice. They were to send the estimate back to the warranty company. It’s been weeks and they haven’t sent it. They won’t respond to my messages, and they won’t respond the the warranty. Very unprofessional.

Don's Plumbing was great to work with during the recent arctic blast. Don completely replumbed the water well and did a great job, working after hours to get my water restored. HATS OFF TO YOU, DON!

I called them to my parents' home and they were there in 15 minutes. Chelsea wore a mask inside the home because my parents are in their 80's and immunosuppressed. She finished in no time and their prices are always reasonable!

i like the quality of the work and the professionalism of their plumbers. However I use them on a regular basis at the properties I manage and they are becoming a little slow on invoicing me and it puts me behind on my work. Other than that the prices are fair and they know what they are doing.

I had them come out today. To unclog my toilet that was pretty much unlogged already. They put the the snake or unclogged in the tolet and didn't even have to use it it started working on it's on. Then she said it's already unlcoged but they still charged me $ 120 just for coming out. I wouldn't recommend them for simple jobs. Way over priced for the work that was done. I will not be back.

The guy came out and spent 2 hours trying to get my water thawed out for me. He wasn't able to get my pipe thawed as it frozen coming into the yard. He was very friendly and professional and went out of his way on a very cold frigid day to try to help me. Since they were unable to help me there was no charge! I would highly recommend them for prompt, professional service.

I've used Don's for years and they've always provided me good service at good fair prices and the prices are still nice and fair. Although this time they came out it didn't fix it.
I called several times only to be able to leave message after message. I'm disappoint in the phone service. But Dons is still the only plumbing company i'll use...

Don's Plumbing really came through for us today! Our pipe burst, and water went everywhere! I called at least a dozen plumbers and Don's was one of the only ones to even give me an ETA on service. Then when they learned we were close to the area he was already out working in, he came by after hours and helped us out. They didn't know it, but we have a son with special needs, and we depend on our water to keep his medical supplies clean. They did us such a huge favor without even knowing the extent of it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Don was so kind and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Great service at a reasonable price. I was having difficulty getting my water tank fixed. A previous company dropped the ball on the repair so called Don's Friday afternoon. I was able to get an appointment for someone to come out Monday afternoon. Within 45 minutes they had the water on and it was heating properly. Whereas Buddies Heating and Air said it was an electrical problem which cost me $150 and two days to find out it wasn't electrical, it was in fact the heating element on the water tank. Their knowledge base is questionable to say the least. Don's cost was $175 and 45 minutes with no need to go any further. The clear winner is Don's.

Big thank you to Don’s Plumbing! I had a prior plumbing issue that a competitor came out 3 times, with no results costing me $500.(tub faucet continues to drip) When I asked competitor at that time how much it would cost to fix it, he told me it was gonna be over $1800. So I decided to get a second opinion, so I called Dustin from Don’s Plumbing on a Saturday cause the drip was so bad and he came out, gave me an estimate, and also gave me an option to save some money and have the work done on Monday if I could just settle with the drip for 2 more days. Dustin returned Monday with his partner Stanley, fixed my issue within one hour, and my final bill was $282. They saved me $1600. I learned my lesson and my first call will always be to Don’s Plumbing. They get the job done! They’re honest people and fair pricing! Thanks again for going above and beyond Dustin!

If I could give a negative star I would. Use any plumbing company in OKC besides this one. I own a portfolio of rental houses called Don's Plumbing because my other plumber was tied up. Long story-short I had serviced done on a rent house on Dec 9th never received an invoice, text, email requesting payment. Michelle at the front desk said I should have called the office and asked how much I owed and paid. She charged me a late fee for not paying in 30 days. Well it is hard to pay an invoice you never receive. Michelle must be either the owner's wife or daughter because no business owner would allow an employee to treat a customer like that. Look through the Google Reviews apparently I am not the only one.

TERRIBLE‼️‼️ never on time or complete jobs at hand. They charge WAY to high for the work that they do.
If I could give them a negative star, I absolutely would honestly.
They start jobs, “finish” them & when they’re need to come back & do it the RIGHT WAY, they refuse to & try to charge more.
100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

After calling Champion plumbing for a leak under my mobile home and them quoting me $1,275.00 to fix a T, oh then knocking the price down to $625 and blaming inflation for a $5 part (nope Champion that's not inflation that's price gouging)... I chose to get a second opinion and called Don's plumbing. Joey and Chelsea were 100% professionals and fixed the problem in literally 15 minutes and charged us $279 and didn't complain about getting wet either like the tech at Champion lol.

Don's Plumbing did a great job at a very fair price. The employees listen to their customers and offer options to fit the needs. They are responsive, which is a huge thing for me. So far, I'm a happy customer!

Chelsea is amazing and goes above and beyond to help her customers! They are always friendly and do what they can to get to us quickly in emergencies! 100 percent recommend them!

Damon came out today to provide my husband and I an estimate for a sewer line break. He was very professional and straightforward. It’s always a pleasure to talk to someone who is very knowledgeable and will not sugar coat the needed information and cost.

I had a slab leak on a Friday morning, rushed back home from work. Plumbing masters was not only very close by, but also open around 8am when I called. I am not familiar with the plumbing industry, but for me the slab leak and fixing it was very costly, although I'm sure it could have been worse. I can't remember their names, but the two young men who worked their butts off at my house from 9/10am until the sun went down, were very polite, personable, and showed genuine concern for my situation. The young men were very meticulous about cleaning up after themselves when the job was finished. Their supervisor, Damon, showed up to assess my plumbing situation and was also just overall an outstanding guy. I called back two days later, concerned with my plumbing again, and Damon found time to come back and check on me. I am blown away by how well I've been treated by this company, from Beatrice on the phone to Damon checking on me to the two young men who spent all day to fix my slab leak. I'm very thankful to have found this company, and I wish these people and their families all the best.

Had a weekend urgent plumbing need that we thought would be simple to fix. Beatrice was so helpful in setting expectations and getting a tech to us. It turned out to be way more complicated - possibly construction debris in our line. Josh powered through and got the problem solved. Will call them again in the future!

My experience with Jayne was excellent. She is an honest, kind, and professional employee.

Josh and Quinten were excellent! They were professional, timely, and in troubleshooting my issue managed to save me several hundred dollars! I can't recommend them highly enough!
