I called to get them to bring business cards so we could refer our clients to them and the guy who answered the phone felt the need to tell me they just renewed their insurance and hung up on me. Not a professional business. At. All.

Blake got here promptly. He was very thorough, knew what to look for. He fixed all our problems. Would highly recommend. Great guy!

Skilled plumbers, fair prices and they CALL when they are coming or running late. I had a problem with a job they did for me (stuff happens) and they fixed it pronto w/o questions. Seem to be a "high type" bunch who I will use again. I appreciate them because I have been the victim of a "thief with a wrench" before who knew the lien laws.

Great customer service! Very friendly. Water line was busted, I called two other companies and the women on the phone were very rude. I'm a woman so I really don't know much about plumbing. But when I called stone creek they actually took the time to explain things to me without being rude or getting impatient with me. They were here in 2 hours and fixed my leak in no time. In and out quickly. The worker Blake was very helpful.

Ok, I found an ad on NextDoor for plumbing and StoneCreek had a discount on there. They sent Thomas out and he gave me a quote to replace all 3 of my toilets if I had the toilets. I picked them up Friday and he changed them out for me. They even hauled away the old toilets and gave me a 20% discount. I will use them again soon for my faucets. Great service. Very clean. Thomas is a very nice guy. 5 stars.

The plumbers did a great job, were on time, polite and professional. Unfortunately it was WAY overpriced in my opinion.
I would have given 5 starts wasn't because of the outrageous price.

l dropped an earring down the sink. Sam B with Roto Rooter came to retrieve it. He came when he said he would come, and was pleasant to talk to. He was able to retrieve the earring with no problem. It was a little costly, but at least I have the earring back !

This is a nasty company that will destroy your property and lie about it. Beware of this contractor! They also like to forge documents! They destroyed my fence and did not care at all. Edit: Love that that serioud allegation took them a year to respond. The only thing I signed was an aknowlegement that they were leaving a giant dug up mount in my back yard, you stole that signature and put it on another PDF. I did report you to the State Attorney General. It's not slander if it's true. Still have the documents saved.

Fixed the issue with the drain, including broken pipes and a massive hair clog we haven't been able to fully in years!! The workers were incredibly friendly and efficient! Plus, their online booking is very easy to use.

Josh responded very quickly yesterday to a kitchen water leak that had potential to damage new wood flooring, etc. He quickly diagnosed the extent of the leak, isolating it to a small corroded RO unit tank. Based on the nature of the minor leak, he offered the option of returning the next day, a Monday, to reduce weekend labor rate costs. Since my wife’s panic about her wood floors was removed by Josh, we waited until Monday. Josh and Donny showed up on time and so efficiently as a team, the entire job took less than two hours. They repaired corroded lines as well. Highly skilled and professional (and honest), traits not as common as you’d think in today’s society! 100% trust them for any job for me, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber but might be anxious of being taken advantage of!! Honest!!
