Chris was knowledgeable and courteous. The services needed were explained in good detail to allow my decision for the repair. Everything was cleaned up and left in great shape.

Chris came out to fix my toilet. He had to remove it and replace the seal. He provided all the information needed to let me know what was being done. He explained everything well and got everything fixed to work perfectly. Definitely a good experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Gus walking me through the entire process of how the plumbing works within my home.
From the toilet water level to the clean out valve, he was able to professionally explain the ins and outs of how it all works.
The only issue I had was the time I had to allot to waiting for Gus to arrive. They offer three hour windows for service, typical in that industry, however, a three hour window that turns into four and a half cost me an entire day of productivity. I wouldn’t fault them on their timelines, I would just ask that if their main plumber can not make the specified timeline, hand another fill in.
I say all that to say this, when the time comes, I will definitely be calling Gus to come install the new gen clean out mechanism.

I had Gus come out to do some work today. Another great experience. He did an amazing job. He was able to make my kitchen sink faucet area look great when I thought there was no chance. He had his work cut out for him with the projects here. He more than excelled. Oh ! And that mustache is even better than Garrett’s outstanding stache.
