Excellent work, exceptional customer service...but even more important is you can trust them! We paid another company to complete work under the house and to connect our pipes to the main... the work never happened. Brook used the camera and walked me through the entire process. We have new plumbers for life! We even got a follow-up call to make sure everything was 100%. Highly recommend!!! Really appreciate their entire team!

I called Buddy’s plumbing after having several bids on replacing my laundry/kitchen line. They beat everyone’s price by a landslide. It turns out all of plumbing was bad and they had to replace everything. They were very transparent on pricing and were great at communicating to me the entire time with daily updates. I was very pleased with the job they did and the pricing. I can’t recommend them enough for any job you may have whether it’s big or small. I will definitely be using these guys from here on out for any of my plumbing needs.

updated: My sewer line was backed up again so I called Buddy's Plumbing Inc, thank you.

I called at 7:30 am in the morning and I was very happy that someone actually picked up so early.

Got an appointment on the same day at noon and they were able to move things around and came at 9 am, cleaned up the line at 9:30.

The price is very reasonable comparing to 2 other plumbing companies I have tried before.
$135 was the total

I have to give the guys credit they showed up on time and we’re nice but they wanted $600 to replace 1 faucet and cap another .
Then when I said I can’t pay that tried to charge me $165 just for coming out which I Never agreed to anything.
They might do good work? , I’m not sure but the prices are extremely hi almost to the point of robbery . I would not use this company unless you have a lot of money and don’t need it .

I've used Buddy's Plumbing on 3 repair issues and I'm very satisfied. On this last visit, they installed a new kitchen faucet and while there were no leaks in the connections, we discovered a nagging drip that we couldn't resolve after they left. I called back and asked if this could be adjusted or fixed and they couldn't have been more understanding. A plumber and helper were dispatched on a timely basis and they replaced the new faucet installation with no questions or issues. Great customer service. JS Homeowner

The young men arrived on time (I regret I ont remember their names), were professional, courteous, and went to work in short order to repair the connection I was concerned about. They worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job in record time. They could have extended the work and I’d have been none the wiser. But they didn’t, which impressed me!

Buddy's Plumbing are very professional and friendly! They know all of the Oklahoma City ordinates for a particular job. An example of their work ethic is to make sure the job is done right! I had three quotes to replace my gas water heater. All of the quotes contained the same parts and labor. Buddy's Plumbing was the most economical of the three.

Consistently great! Your technicians represent your company's knowledge and expertise very well. I had them working on a gas line and on a water line. They worked so hard and didn't give up, really impressed with how they handled everything.

We had the come out for a water leak under our mobile home .they looked at it and said it would be a minimum of 400 dollars and they couldn't do anything until it thawed out it wasn't frozen that's how I knew we had a leak. So after they left I went out and found the leak a couple on the PVC pipe came apart .I cleaned it glued it and let it set for about 10 minutes turned the water back on and it was fixed.they were going to charge 400 for 15 minutes work . They were just going to take advantage of us would never call them again

Buddy's Plumbing is professional and on-time. They replaced our main waste line in Edmond several years ago and did a fantastic job. Fast-forward and they are giving us additional quotes for plumbing work in the crawl space of this 80 year old home. I will update this review later based on the additional work and am sure the work performed will be excellent. ** Update: we went with Buddy's to replace old water and waste pipes under the house with pex. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with the plumbers. The sewer line was clogged at the main sewer.They dug it up, cleared the line, and repaired it. They were reasonably priced.

I called Buddy's on a Saturday afternoon following an unfortunate incident during my grandmother's kitchen remodel in South Oklahoma City. We broke an older inlet pipe in her home just below the sub floor in the kitchen sink area. Buddy's plumbing was super responsive, accommodating, communicated well, gave a GREAT estimate for response time (a few hours on a SATURDAY) and then they showed up early! They communicated via phone and text about everything- quickly and clearly, and the 2 gentlemen who showed up were TOP NOTCH! They were kind and got the job done FAST. I even noticed that the more experienced person was very patient in explaining what they were doing to the younger one. He was very knowledgeable and was doing such a great job leading his other coworker. I took a stack of his cards and would recommend them to ANYONE needing fast, friendly and AFFORDABLE plumbing service. Anyone else would've charged double what they did! The kitchen pipe was fixed with a beautiful new poly line instead of the old hard metal (the reason it broke in the first place) and we were up and running in no time!
