Called them to repair hot water heater pilot light not staying lit. They said they replaced the breaker switch and the thermocouple. Next day it still didn't work. They should have been more up front saying "It will cost this to try this and we aren't sure this is the problem". I don't think its honest to fix something as a guess, charge the customer and not rectify it if it doesn't work. They did say, after giving me the bill and replacing the items that "if this doesn't work you may need to replace the whole tank". I got a quote the next day to replace it and it was over $1,600. I asked if they would take off the $185 they charged me to not fix it and they refused, and said they would only agree to take off 1/2 of the $135 service charge. Time to shop around

Had them come out to fix some rotted cast iron under my concrete slab house. Now, I'm a very understanding person to all the difficulty they had during the process, but this being the end result just has my stomach in knots. I rescoped the lines just to make sure everything was good. The very first cast iron to pvc connection has a huge lip. This is GOING to eventually catch hard sewage and create a blockage. Improperly secured. Then, the part that made my cast iron system fail to begin with; the massive belly of water that is still present. I was told the piping would have proper fall after completion, and it doesn't. There is a solid 6-10 feet of 1/2-1" water just bellied in the pipe. Mind you, these repair are under concrete slab, and I paid them several thousands of dollars to do this job once, and right, so that I wouldn't have to do it again. I didn't even get the scope all the way to the second PVC to cast iron connection, but I can already assume it is done poorly too. I will now have to pay another company several more thousands to do the job correctly, so my system works properly FOR MANY YEARS, not just temporarily. Good pricing from Buddy's Plumbing, but if this is the workmanship I receive for it, I don't want it next time.

Gas was leaking from our water heater. I was able to make an appointment this morning for noon. They called and were able to come earlier. I was impressed at the quality of work and the cost was very reasonable. They were very friendly and professional. I will be calling them again for plumbing work!

I’m always nervous about hiring plumbers because I have had a few bad experiences before. Fortunately I found Buddys plumbing, which I will be using from now on! They were able to come out the next day, right on time, had the parts that were needed on their truck, and were extremely polite and professional. They replaced the valves and the seats on 2 of my shower valves, and they did it in just under an hour. The price was HALF what I was charged to replace a valve for my bath tub. I will be calling these guys for all of my future plumbing needs!

Listen, I've used the cheap guys, and it was just that; cheap. I finally Googled “best plumbers in OKC,” and Buddy’s was first in line. They came out, and before finishing the work, they used all their tools to figure out the real issue. I had them out again to finish it up and although they weren’t cheap, they were hella affordable. Not only that, but I paid what I was quoted, they did an amazing job, and even did me a favor before they left to tie it all together. These dudes are all around awesome and I highly recommend them. I manage a storage facility that needed plumbing services because the toilet was backed up. I contacted numerous plumbing companies but Buddy's are the only ones who got back to me in a timely fashion. As soon as the work was approved, they had two workers out here in about 30min. The workers were professional but also made me feel very comfortable since I am a woman working alone and it was two men. I didn't have any feelings of uneasiness. They did what they had to do and were out the door within an hour. I would most assuredly recommend Buddy's and will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs. I called Buddy's because the water pressure in my shower had been cut drastically, like in half. front desk was nice got an appointment pretty quick when the gentlemen came out, all they did was look for a leak remove my shower head and told me there was nothing they could do because my pipes were old. I called for a second opinion and the problem has to do with my hot water heater, ( my pipes have already been replaced in the past) which he looked at, also my faucet in the shower leaks. Buddy's plumber didn't notice either of those things also didn't notice that my hot water heater was set up illegally and dangerously. I found that out from the second plumber that came to my house.
very disappointed in their lack of work and their lack of care for my safety.

Buddy’s Plumbing was a blessing. They worked me into their busy schedule at the last minute. That alone made me a fan for life. But add to that their great techs and reasonable, but fair pricing, they are definitely a contact to keep on your phone if you own a home!

We had a hot water tank emergency and Buddys Plumbing was here very quickly and did an amazing job! There were many unusual aspects from prior installations that made the job more difficult and they handled it professionally and with smiles on their faces. We've used Buddy's several times to clear our clogged sewer line... most likely tree roots are the problem. As our luck works, it usually seems to happen on a weekend so after hours hourly charges apply but they've always handled it quickly. We've called on a Saturday morning at 10 and had them out and everything working by 3pm so same day service is possible. They are considerate and capable.
20211027-Called this morning after heavy rains clogged the sewer line again. They told us unless we wanted them to come after hours, they probably wouldn't be able to come out until tomorrow afternoon but then they called at 3:00 p.m. saying they would be out today if we still wanted them to come. They came out and unclogged the sewer line. Took them maybe 30 minutes. We're very happy they were able to come early and get it fixed for us! Good team of guys. Good service manager to send them by after another call was completed nearby!
20220304- Z and Dale came out to clear our sewer line and did a good job and even had me go back inside to flush the toilets so he could double check everything was flowing properly. Great guys. Knowledgeable. Called ahead. Arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently. They also now offer scheduled maintenance so we won't have another clog. Yay!

Called to have our drain snaked. They were out here in an hour and worked very deligently to clear our drains. They were very nice and courteous and told us how to prevent this from happening in the future. Price was reasonable.
