Garrett is the guy I had a backed up sink he arrived early super professional looked at the sink and was able to replace my sink and clear the lines the best part is I didn’t have to pay a dime with their easy financing options I would highly recommend Garrett ps he kinda reminds me of Mario and his mustache and that alone is cool

Arren Gordon was the technician that took care of my outdoor faucet issues. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and then fix them both. Arren was very professional throughout the entire process and I appreciated that. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing overall did a great job for what I consider a reasonable price. I will hire them again when I need plumbing done.

Garret came out and installed a gas line to our barn, and it was done to perfection (even after it rained and he hand-filled the trench). We had a couple of issues with our contractor and asked Benjamin Franklin to come out and fix them. I was excited and at peace when Garrett showed up with a colleague, Chris, the next day. Not only did they show up that day, but they also went above and beyond to make sure the corrections were done perfectly.

Garrett ( the one with the Cale shirt on) came out. Likeable, knowledgeable, communicative, and informative. Y'all are firing on all cylinders. Thank you!

I bought an older house that had an outdated water heater that the last owner did patch work on. This was not up to standards and I ended up with no hot water. The company got a Technician out in a timely manner and I got a free inspection of the entire house with recommendations as needed. The technician was very knowledgeable and ended up replacing my water heater with a brand new one that now has warranty for14 years with maintenance yearly, which is a great deal for the price. I definitely recommend this company!
