Called and spoke to Allan personally on the phone. He asked what I wanted done and he suggested what I probably needed. My system is over 40 years old, but that didn’t deter him one bit. He disassembled my unit, cleaned it and added 2lbs of R-22 in less than 20 minutes.

Allan is very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. No upsales or unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be using him in the future when it’s time to upgrade my system.

Allen came out on time and was able to tell me my circuit board was damaged. He let me know the cost of a new one, but never pressured me to get it. He was completely honest and transparent about everything. I ended up buying a new one. I was only charged a service fee of $99, which I have no problem paying since coming out and spending time diagnosing my problems. I will definitely start using AB Services going forward!!
