I have used Eklund Heat & Air for over 10 years now. A coworker recommended them to me when Will was just starting his business. They have always done a Great job for me at all 3 of my properties over the years. Will and all his employees are very polite, friendly and professional. They are the only ones I call for heat & air service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heat & air service.

Had Nathan and Hugo out today to look at one of our units that had stopped cooling. They spent a great deal of time going over the issues, explaining the different options for repair, and allowing us to choose which level of repair work we were comfortable with to get our unit back up and running again. They were very courteous, professional, competent, and respectful of our situation. They were honest and upfront about what they needed to do and why, including associated costs. Would definitely recommend them for repair work on your HVAC!

Nathan is a great service tech, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and explained the problems. Ordered the part and got it replaced quickly for us. We would recommend them always for your heating and air needs!

I called around 9am to see if they could check my heating system which was not working. They had a tech available between 11am to 1pm and Christopher Marietta was here at 11am. I had his picture and the appointment was confirmed after I hung up the call. He worked quickly troubleshooting the problem, found the culprit went to get a replacement switch and replaced it on return.
I immediately had heat, the cost was about half what I expected. I am very happy with the service, the technician and the price. i heartily recommend Eklund and Christopher to all.

We had a great experience with Eklund when we built our house in 2013, and today they went above and beyond! Our AC was freezing up on this hot summer day and Will made sure to swing by and get us taken care of in the middle of his busy schedule. Very much appreciated and highly recommend!

I've used Eklund Heat & Air for both new system installation and repair service. In both instances the response was quick, the service quality good and the pricing very reasonable. At no time did I feel like we were being taken advantage of even though we were in need during the peak times of the year. Would not hesitate to call on William Eklund again.

I initially was skeptical because of Eklund had a lot of people who had 1 review profiles but I got a good feeling from what I read and the response back from the business thanking people who left reviews. After having them out I can honestly say I couldn’t be more happy with this company (specifically with Trevor Crawford). He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, very easy to work with, treated you and your home with respect, literally couldn’t have asked for a better person to do the job. I was fortunate enough to call on a mild day early and they were able to get me in that afternoon which worked perfectly. They sent me a text, email and called me letting me know he was on the way, in the time windows they had given me earlier that morning. They also provide a small bio and picture of the technician which I though definitely showed how much this company cared about you feeling in the know and comfortable about who is coming over. He was able to replace the compressor on my ac unit (was more than willing to show me what was wrong) and answer in other questions I had and had our ac working great. I’ve lived all over the country, had multiple different homes, old and new hvac units and this I promise you is the guy you want working on your home/hvac system. Will definitely recommend Trevor to anyone and will definitely use Trevor and Eklund again in the future. Thank you Eklund and Trevor for the great service and experience.

Our AC wasn’t working so we called Eklund Heating and Air hoping to get it fixed this week. Nathan came to our home a couple hours after our phone call and was able to quickly fix it! Nathan was great! He was polite and provided a great service including some education on how we can better maintain our AC units. Nathan has our business from this point on! Thank you!

Brandon Lawrence was fabulous in completing his job on my floor furnace! I found him very knowledgeable, very engaging, very courteous, and very diligent! I’d highly recommend him to anyone for evaluation and repair of heating systems! Really enjoyed meeting this young man and certainly will call him again. Should I have need to repair my full floor furnace.

Fantastic company!! Jesse and Gage were great! They did a great job and worked together really well. They were careful to make sure the system was perfect and they left the house looking like they weren’t even here. Jesse, Gage and Eklund Heat & Air are all fantastic!!

My air conditioner was in need of an inspection and servicing. I am glad I did my research and chose Eklund for the job. From the appointment setting to the follow-up, I was impressed with the level of efficient professionalism I received. I liked that they sent me a text with a picture and short bio on who was coming to work on my air conditioner. David and Enrique were excellent to work with, and they were not only on time but thorough. All things that needed fixing, and any additional services were agreed upon after I received a detailed, non-aggressive explanation of the issues. I was able to tell a major difference even before they left. I feel like I have a brand new air conditioner! I even had to raise the thermostat quite a bit from where I had it, because it was now too cold in the house. I am looking forward to seeing the difference in my bills the next few months, and I am also looking forward to Eklund servicing my heater in the fall. Thank you Eklund, and great job David and Enrique! You made a lifelong customer, and I will recommend you anytime I can.

We used eklund heat and air for our new home. We had some issues getting our heat to run and had to call someone out for service. Our service tech that came out was David Jenkins and I want to brag about him for a moment. He was very professional in his manner and attitude and his work! He represented the company he works for very well! He made us feel very confident in eklund simply by his work ethic and professionalism! This is rare and he deserves the shout out and whatever else the company can do for him! He was going above and beyond to help us with the issues at hand. Thank you David Jenkins for your service!

Nathan with Eklund Heat & Air came out to fix my upstairs ac today; I wish I could give him 10 stars honestly! He was able to come out earlier which was awesome and right away he had an idea on my issues and set out to fix it and explained every step along the way as I was fascinated and watching. Nathan is so knowledgeable and told me the things I should do soon to ensure my systems keeping working the best. Nathan is a very stand up guy doing amazing work! They were fantastic company. They came out and gave me an estimate with 2 choices. I selected American Standard. They were prompt and came at the time they said they would. They cleaned up when they were finished. It was done all in one day. Nathan Pawley was wonderful. He explained everything to me. He even came out the next day to re-check everything to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I would recommend this company to any of my family and friends. Jesse and Brandon were Nathan's other helper-workers. They were very respectful when coming in and out the front door and making sure they didn't get the rugs dirty. The team at Eklund Heat and Air are great! We had to change our dates of installation twice on these guys and the y they were very willing to work with us. Jesse and Gage were very courteous and professional, they worked hard to get the job done right. We are very happy with the service we received, We would highly recommend Eklund Heat and Air.

I didnt mind rescheduling twice because things happen but After they did come out they said they'd send me a quote for what needed done by Monday and I never heard from them again. It's been well over a week. Will be finding a different company.

After having issues with our house cooling properly, I called around to several HVAC companies to get pricing only to be left with vague answers and no real price estimates. It seemed like every business only cared about getting a technician out to collect their service fee before they cared enough to help a potential customer. That’s until I called Eklund Heat & Air. I explained my issue on the phone and asked for basic pricing and what I should expect and I was treated reasonably and respectfully. Their knowledge and friendliness gained a customer for life and their affordable pricing was a nice bonus!

I dealt with their Service Tech Nathan P. and had a great experience. Nathan was very nice and professional and knew exactly what my problem was. I appreciate businesses that not only offer fair pricing but employ such great people. I will recommend Eklund to everyone I know.

Called in late night for my heater going out, Nate and Ryan came out first thing the next morning to fix my heater. Fast and professional service, fair pricing, I will use Eklund again for any future needs.

We called the Eklund service technician out to find out why our air conditioning was not working at all. Nathan found the problem quickly, repaired it and everything is working great! He was very professional and thorough with inspecting the entire unit. We are so glad we called Eklund because last year a different company suggested if the unit messed up again they would need to replace it. A comparison of the two companies that we have used in the past Eklund is the ONLY one we will call going forward. Hands down they are the best for service and also pricing.
