Great service. Fast even on a weekend. Rates are very reasonable after calling around a few places Dale and Lees were actually one of the most affordable and they were the quickest to be able to get to our home. Thanks Dale and Lees we will definitely be repeat customers when we have any needs.

Had a wonderful experience with Dale and Lee’s and would recommend them to anyone. They were timely, professional, and efficient. They got my AC unit up and running again in no time at all on the same day I called them. When I called them back cause something wasn’t quite right they were quick to be back on the same day to help even though it was after hours.

We used Dale & Lee’s Service (in business since the 60s) today for a spring inspection. Billy was here for about two hours and provided new and then changed all of our filters, checked every return, fixed our thermostat and cleaned the outside unit coils. He found a wire installed incorrectly and took care of that at no additional charge. The cost today was $148, which includes another visit and cleaning in the Fall. Excellent company with top-notch service. Billy’s customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

When we called to have a technician come out and look at our system we got same day care! Daniel came out and fixed our problem and gave us some advice for the future of household system. I appreciate his knowledge, and the speedy response from the company.

We have used Dale & Lee for many years and have always been well satisfied with their service. Today Doug was here for our Spring Tune Up. Doug ia a true professional and very polite! He was very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently! He located and fixed a problem that could shut our air conditioning down during the hot days of summer.

Had Dale and Lee’s come out late last year to repair two outdoor faucets. They supposedly fixed them but when we went to reconnect the hoses to each of them this year, they continued to spray water everywhere. I called last Friday and was told someone would call before they showed up on Monday. No one called but they did finally show up. The guy told my husband the thing just needed to be tightened down. Why was it not tightened when they were out here late last year? They then charge me 93 bucks for 5 minutes! The guy calls just to confirm since they were out here for the same thing previously and the lady on the phone then lies and was like well I told them it may just need to be tightened! Uh no! She never said that and again, why the heck was it not fixed correctly to begin with! I will never use this company again, not for plumbing, heating or air! What an absolute rip off!

Dale & Lee's Service is an honest, efficient and professional company. They have always gone the extra mile in helping us with our heating/AC needs. Their technician Billy Johnson has been especially helpful to us. He is kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain things to us and to make sure that we're taken care of. We highly recommend Dale & Lee's. This is a wonderful company.

The people at Dale and Lee's were awesome! We called Dale and Lee's because our air conditioner quit working, my wife has health issues and can't tolerate extreme heat. A service tech arrived at our house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the information we needed. In our case, we needed a new heat and air system. The one we had was old and worn out. Within a few days, we had the new system in and cooling the house. There was something Dale and Lee's did that proved to me that they have the home owners best interest at heart. While we were waiting to have the new system installed, they brought out a window unit to help my wife not get sick from the heat. Also, the price was good and the service was great!

Our experience with Dale and Lee's spans many years. They have always, and continue to be honest, dependable, reasonable and have the best service men I've ever seen. Courteous, kind, friendly and willing to tell you what they are doing and why. They should teach other companies how to conduct customer service. Doug has been to our house more than once and always the nicest young man ever. Your company has a reputation to be proud of!

Daniel and Doug very helpful when checking our furnace. Made sure unit was working properly. Explained what they did, and offered ways to improve its efficiency throughout the house.

I have used Dale & Lee’s numerous times for general seasonal services but finally used them for a problem call. AC unit was working, but wasn’t blowing cool air. Was told my motherboard was “fried by our Nest thermostat”. Motherboard was replaced for a cost. I can only assume is fair but the response I received for a new thermostat was “well, we sell this Honeywell model which we can install for a cost of $250 and provide a 3 year warranty”. When asked what the problem was with my Nest thermostat, the response I was given was “well, Nest is known for that“. Poor technician experience and the company doesn’t appear to be keeping up with the times well AT ALL

They came on time, did exceptional work, very polite.
It got really cold the first night and I was absolutely comfortable. Thanks y'all!

Revised to one star because I have to:
I had them put in all new heat and air equipment a few years ago for $6,000 with a ten year warranty. A few years has past and their poor incorrect installation has cost me another $3,000. The Warranty (still active a few more years) won't even fix it. The warranty doesn't cover incorrect installation.

I know I can't reach everyone, but maybe I can help a few. Please find a good source of heat and air people, Dale and Lee will not take proper care of you. They do have all the fancy big words to impress you, but beware of their so called good works. I have paid for it.

We've used Dale and Lee's for many years! They always have great, trust-worthy employees who are very thorough. We really like the maintenance plan that allows you to pay one amount to take care of your spring and fall maintenance services with your heat and air units. This morning, Doug came out and did some warranty work, and showed me exactly what he was fixing while explaining exactly why it needed fixed! As everyone else has been, he was another very friendly, trust-worthy employee! 😊

I called Dale and Lee's Plumbing at 8:00 AM because my toilet wouldn't flush and the tub wasn't draining. They were on site within an hour and didn't give up until they had the problem resolved! They couldn't find a cleanout, so they went up on the roof and ran the snake through the vent pipe. Excellent service and I highly recommend them!

Within the past couple of weeks, we've had reoccurring issues with our A/C running properly. We contacted Dale and Lee's, and they got someone out here ASAP. Casey was out technician and he was absolutely great. He kept us very informed and let us know the best options on how to get us up and running again. Unfortunately, we eventually found out we needed a new system installed. Matt and Salem worked very hard today to install both a new A/C unit and furnace. They were great to work with and told me everything they were doing during the process and kept me updated, which I appreciated. All in addition to Doug helping us choose the right system for our house and getting people over here to look at everything as soon as he could. I highly recommend Dale and Lee's and loved my experience!!

Casey the Dale and Lee's Service Technician is awesome, he found the problems with our system that were not properly done when our building was remodeled 8 years ago (wish Dale and Lee's was used by the company that did our remodel). Also anytime we call they get to us quickly and everyone there is very professional and polite this is a 1st class business to deal with and Classic Chevrolet will always rely on Dale and Lee's for all of our Air Conditioning and Heating needs.

I can’t recommend Dale and Lee’s in Owasso enough. These guys are all about integrity. They really take the time to make sure you understand everything and never pressure you into anything. It’s hard to find businesses like this, and I’ll definitely be using them again!

This is the first time I have used Dale & Lee's and they were referred to me by my church which they also service. I have been using them since June for my condo's heating and A/C motor replacement which broke down this summer. Although it took several months due to manufacturing and distribution delays and not an issue with Dale & Lee's, I finally got my new motor installed this week by their repairman 'JC'. He gave me outstanding service, in addition to being very kind, patient and very respectful of my property. 'JC' has to be the nicest repairman I have ever had in the over 40 years I have owned my condo and I would highly recommend him and Dale & Lee's for your heating and A/C issues. Their website also states that they provide plumbing service so I will also definitely be using them for my future plumbing issues. I give both Dale's and 'JC' five well-deserved stars!

From the call to the office to request service to the techs that came to the house…. All was amazing!!!
