JC came for my “spring cleaning” for my air conditioner. He was very personable and thorough. JC is very knowledgeable about my air conditioning unit, he performed multiple tests on it’s different components checking pressures, etc., making sure everything was in optimum working condition. I am very pleased.

I had an exceptional experience with Dalin Lee’s service, specifically thanks to the technician Cody. While working in a neighborhood, I urgently needed wire nuts to complete my project. I looked around and noticed Cody's service truck down the road. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to provide me with the wire nuts I needed, saving my project and my day. His professionalism, willingness to help, and friendly attitude were truly commendable. I highly recommend Dalin Lee’s service, and if you get the chance to work with Cody, you're in excellent hands!

The Technician they sent out on a late Saturday evening to repair our air conditioner unit, was not only very professional, he was an excellent communicator. His name was Travis, he’s a Five Star Rating Servicemen. He was kind enough to explain something’s that we weren’t aware of in regards to the newly installed unit. They are lucky to have him on their crew.

We had to replace our entire HVAC system and chose Dale and Lee's over several other companies we received quotes from. Working with Doug was a great experience. He took the time to explain how our system worked, answered every question, and always returned our calls and texts in a timely manner. Jason and Kyle did our install. They were very courteous, did an excellent job, and made sure they cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend Dale and Lee's. They made a stressful and expensive decision as painless as possible.

Dale and Lee's just replaced my 18 year old HVAC system, which they had installed previously. As before, their workers were professional, friendly, and efficient. David and Cody did the majority of the work. They were both very careful with a difficult situation (getting the equipment into and out of a basement through a narrow spiral staircase). Both answered questions and were always considerate. They knew what they were doing! I highly recommend the company and especially these two technicians. Doug was also great at explaining the options and features of those options for a new system.

I had an issue with a thermostat over a year after the install, Doug and the team took care of it right away. Incredible service, I’ve been using them for years for annual maintenance and service

Casey was great! He was able to quickly repair a problem with my very old unit and didn’t try to upsell me more than I needed. When the time comes to replace my unit, I will be calling Dale and Lee’s!

I am a customer for Dale and Lee company. I would like to write a review over my AC service today , May 7,2025 with Tracy Harris. He came many years to my house and checked my AC and a Heater every season. What an amazing man! He is very knowledgeable and detailed for every step he does. There drivers need to follow the rules of the road like anyone else i was nearly ran off 169 by 116th heading south this morning around 11 am the driver was well over the speed limit

We have always received excellent service from Dale & Lee's. Recently we had an issue which turned out to be a bad thermostat, but took a good deal of the day for JC to determine it was that and not any other issues with the HVAC itself. He worked hard to, not only fix our issue, but to make sure we knew how to work the new thermostat and were comfortable using it before he left. He does our regular service as well and we now ask for him when we have an issue. Really appreciate JC and Dale and Lee's.

Kyle was great. Prompt and attentive. Great routine service call and assistance with warranty item on Lennox system.

I've been a customer of Tracy's for years. I followed him from two other HVAC companies ... that's how highly I think of him! Never had any problem that didn't get solved. We've had yearly maintenance plans, emergency calls and a new system installed without any complaints from us or them! The other techs are kind , clean and a pleasure to invite into my home too. Highly recommend you give Dale & Lee's a call.

Had problems with a leaky shut off valve and surging toilet sound coming from reservoir. Mike came out and got us fixed up rather quickly and reasonably priced. Mike was very personable as well.

My elderly neighbor accidentally scheduled multiple plumbers to come out to repair a broken water line under the sink, Dale and Lee's was very understanding and waived the $95 fee to come out.

Mike Bump came out to help us with a backed up vent lines and he did not leave till he got the job done. This is the 3rd time that we have had plumbers come out and we were running out of options. Thank you so much!!

I can’t stress enough the level of professionalism from Dale & Lees and I want to especially give notice to JC. We were selling our home and we got the inspection notice from the buyers agent. I called Dale &Lees and they were there the next day to inspect and repair the “deficiencies” the inspector noted. JC took the time to explain what the problem was and took the proper actions. He is very professional and is passionate about customer care! I highly recommend!
