I called them because something around my mother’s washer was leaking, and it ended up being the faucet. He fixed it in about 20 minutes and wouldn’t take a penny from her. That was going above and beyond service! Thank you Plumbsmith for taking care of this and not charging her when anyone else would have.

This is the first time I have used this company but many of my neighbors recommended them. They came out promptly and checked out my problem. They didn't have to do anything so they didn't charge me. I was blown away! Very Impressed!

Plumb Smith is extremely flaky as I have attempted to use them on two separate occasions; as I have been desperate for bids.

Perhaps someone should take a business etiquette class.

I'm curious if he always says hes going to do something and then NOT do it, not a very good work ethic.

If your work ethic is no good I take that as your work is no good.

Mr. Kelly Smith and his team were quick to come to my home. Mr Smith even offered to charge me virtually nothing for installing a dishwasher and a pressure regulator on my water line because the utility company is unreliable especially with water power and sewage.

Thankfully Mr Smith quoted me $150 initially over the phone prior to coming out so I gladly mailed them a check for the work they did even after his generous offer.

It was so refreshing being treated honestly along with empathy which in return I hand wrote a letter thanking them for the support and to ensure I maintained a great working friendship with such a reliable company.

This was after being taken advantage of by Preston at Preston Plumbing and his horrible team including his son who billed me for a clogged sewer drain after he was the one who left a hole in my drain line outside the house in my yard.

This company came out to my house in Cleveland, OK to replace a faulty on/off valve for a gas line to my stove as well as install a new stove. I am impressed! Of course, I am always impressed with their awesome service, professional manners and how they always clean up once the job is complete. Justin was great! This was a water leak at the meter on our side, of course. He arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly and did not overcharge. I appreciate the fact that he did come so quickly as the leak caused a $500 water bill for our renters, so his quick response was very much appreciated!

We had a huge disaster on our hands and had no idea just how big our problem was about to be. I contacted Justin and he was out that day within an hour. He was professional in every aspect and spent a lot of time at my house. Justin was upfront and honest about everything and after realizing we had a main drain break underneath our slab I knew he was the man that would take care of it. Justin organized all of our contractors and even dealt first hand with our insurance adjuster. If there was any problem he was quick with a resolution!
