Jeremiah was my tech, he was able to do my repairs very quickly and and efficiently. I thought he was very tidy and organized, not something that plumbers have been known for in my experience. Bath/shower valve repair, tub spout replacement.

John with Living Water Plumbing came out because my laundry room floor drain was backing up causing a mess! He unclogged the main line drain and fixed the problem. A couple of months before he also fixed a broken pipe that was in my wall. I was very impressed with how fast he completed both jobs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He went above and beyond helping move my washing machine and dryer to allow me to mop the floor while he was here. This was the best experience I’ve had when calling a plumber. From the moment I spoke with Gabbi in the office, to John coming out and completing the job. Their service was awesome and the price was a lot less than I expected. I definitely recommend this company!

I have been using Green Country for 8+ years. Justin and Jeremiah have always been great in communicating with what needs to be done and always takes the time to explain each problem. Sarah is always quick to respond and get me on schedule as soon as possible.

I had a plumbing emergency on Feb. 20 due to a pipe feeding an outside faucet freezing even though it was covered. Water was GUSHING between the wall and was leaking outside AND inside, flooding carpeting. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, and dispatched Jeremiah immediately. I had shut the water off myself by the time he arrived, and he found the easiest way to access the pipe, cut into it and capped it off as that hydrant wasn't needed in that location. Meanwhile I was busy pulling water from the carpeting with my own Rug Doctor. Jeremiah was very professional, and the bill was surprisingly low and VERY fair! I highly recommend Green Country Plumbing!

We were alerted of a large leak by the water dept and knew we needed to contact a plumber immediately. We didn’t know a plumber to call but had a friend that gave us Green Country Plumbing phone number and she highly recommended them. She said how nice, honest, and professional this company had been.
We called them at 5 pm (closing time) and was able to set an appointment the next day. I received a text from Jeremiah along with his picture telling us he would be at our house within 10 minutes which was appreciated for security. Service tech called before coming so I knew when he’d arrive; he was courteous and efficient, and he knew his business. The job (new water heater) cost what I was told up front—and he took care of a couple of other small issues (low pressure in a couple of faucets and the refrigerator) without hiking the price. That’s why I’ve used Green Country Plumbing for decades!

We were referred by a friend to have GCP come out to quote for repairs. Justin and his team were quick to get us scheduled and quoted. From the time of scheduling to time of completion was a week, weather prevented it from happening sooner. GCP also came in much lower in cost than competitors. GCP was quick, efficient, affordable, and professional. Highly recommend GCP for any plumbing needs!

We had a leaky backflow preventer on our sprinkler system. Jeremiah patiently worked through to flip all the double sided seals and cleaned the diaphragm—the constant dripping stopped. He could have just replaced the components to fix the problem (at great expense to us!), but repaired the leak in the existing system; the cost of repair was much less than replacement. I am thankful for Justin & Jeremiah and will call them going forward as needs arise.
