Incredibly dangerous plumber. This company did some work at my house. I came in to find: propane filling the house, leaking shut off valve he installed under the 1/2 bath sink which flooded the floor, leaking shut off valve under the kitchen sink which caused a mold bloom in the kitchen and the loss of all my lower cabinets, every sink was disconnected and holes cut in all the walls to put in the shut off valves. The new water heater was installed incorrectly- carbon monoxide free to enter the room, etc., the drain pan was kicked to smithereens trying to fit it into the closet he said it would fit into, and numerous other things done stupidly and incorrectly. The company owner came to take a look and only fixed the propane leak. He said he wanted the guy who did the work to come back and fix it which I would not agree to because he was incompetent. And that's how it stands.

I have used Preston's Plumbing for years for all of my rental houses. I have never felt like they tried to upsell me to spend more money. They have been honest and the work they do is great. We never have to call them back to fix something they worked on.

I had a busted water line under my driveway in Berryhill that took forever to find. Once it was located, I called Preston's Plumbing, and within ½ an hour, the owner - Preston - was at my house assessing the situation personally. Less than an hour or two later, he had his guys out here with shovels & a jackhammer 4 feet below my driveway and had the leak repaired. Gunner & Jesse were very polite, professional, hard working, and knowledgeable.
Preston & his crew are no nonsense straight shooters who will give you a fair price for quality work.
Hopefully I don't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do - Preston's Plumbing is who I'm calling to get it done right & for a fair price.

We have been working with Preston's on quite a few projects including gas runs for generators and a full remodel on a commercial building. No high pressure sales just great service and pricing.

They were great! I had an emergency with water flowing all over my kitchen floor from a break in my old pipes. They came quickly and fixed it right. It turned out to be more complicated than originally thought but he worked and found the other issues and got it fixed. Reasonable price as well. Definitely recommend and will use in the future.

I initially called Quality Plumbing to solve my clogged kitchen sink. I had to flag down the driver looking for my condo, and he came to my kitchen sink with no tools. He indicated that it might turn out to be a bigger problem, but he had worked up 2 estimates, one for snaking - $367 and one for a hydro.......cleaning with a camera look for + $600. I passed.

Next I decided to look for a smaller family owned business with generally good reviews. They found my condo....no flagging was required. They came to my door with equipment, ready to go to work. I had already been given a range, depending on what they found.....a snakeable clog could be as low as $120 and the more complex, the more expensive.

Outcome: Snaking solved my clogged kitchen drain in 30 minutes. The two plumbers were professional, efficient, and the lead was particularly knowledgeable/qualified. All for the sum of $135. I will use Preston Plumbing again.

I had Preston's plumbing come and set up my plumbing to add 2 additional bathroom and 2 kitchens for my duplex. This involved extending gas lines, water lines and drainage. This was a very difficult undertaking. I was impressed by their ability to communicate with me since multiple projects were happening all at once. His crew was punctual and ready to go when needed. I would 100% recommend them for your future plumbing needs.

Preston plumbing is awesome. They have replaced all of the toilets in our church and have repaired water lines and hot water tank. They are so quick to get out and do your repairs. Not a long wait time. Our church Angus Acres Baptist Church and I would highly recommend them.

I had a main sewer line problem today with sinks, showers, toilets, etc. backing up with water and were unusable. I have used Preston's Plumbing a couple times before and have been satisfied, so I gave them a call this morning. Two plumbers (Jacob and Kyle) came out within a few hours and had the problem fixed quickly, even though they had to dig down almost four feet to reach the backflow preventer. Very pleasant guys who knew what they were doing and had it diagnosed in no time. Excellent job for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend.

Preston Plumbing has gone above & beyond for us! I can't say enough good things about these guys!!! They were here 1st thing Saturday morning to fix 4 gas leaks, 2 at our meter beside the house going under the house, & 2 more underneath our house! Its an older home! We didnt know it had been leaking gas for awhile now! They were here on Monday morning to finish fixing all our lines! They even came back & brought the ONG gas man a ladder so he could check our heater for leaks up in the attic so he could turn our gas back on! I used Preston’s last year and they did a great job on a fridge water supply spigot-removing an ancient one that was practically fused, and also a leaky outdoor spigot. Today Jesse and Carson did a great job taking care of my last minute leaky shower that was beyond my ability.
