Called this morning due to frozen pipes and no running water after the snow storm. They arrived within 2 hours of me calling, found the problem, got the ice blockage cleared and fixed some other minor issues. When my husband mentioned we didn’t have good water pressure, they fixed that problem too! We are very pleased with their prompt and thorough service! Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Absolutely love Prestons plumbing! I use them for all of my rent houses and my personal house too. These guys are the best! Amanda in the office is sweet as pie and always willing and able to help!

Needed a tankless hot water heater flushed, installation of a new kitchen faucet and fitting assessment for under the kitchen sink as well. A trainee came with the plumber and not only was the job done correctly and in a timely manner, the training was handled in such a manner that the future plumber will have great customer service skills and plumbing knowledge. They were respectful of my questions and input in regard to the equipment and a possible future project, didn’t suggest add on items for more money and cleaned everything right down to my kitchen sink (literally) before they left. The invoice was legible and concise as well. Reasonably priced for services provided.

Amanda that took the call said someone would call when on their way.The day the plumber was scheduled, I had to call to confirm if they were still coming because the time window given was about to expire.I was told jobs that day took longer & had an emergency call to go to a daycare. Amanda scheduled me for the next day and said I would receive a call when headed my way. No call received because a phone number not even close to mine was entered in the system. Amanda said the # was for a lady whose name was similar to mine(she gave me her name)& when they called her she said she didn’t call a plumber. I had to repeat my email address three times before she got it. She even said “we’ll get through this.” I’ve used your services numerous times & didn’t understand why this info wasn’t kept on file. I always receive emails asking me to give a review.
Amanda was very nice but it appeared she was struggling that day. Besides that, the service was great and I would recommend Preston Plumbing.

My dad called me after 10pm that he had a water leak in his bathroom. I called Minuteman probably about 11 or 11:30pm and asked if they could be there first thing in the morning. Taylor showed up shortly after 8am as requested. Super friendly, good fast work and my dad had his water back on by about 9:30. I definitely recommend Minuteman and they will be my first call for plumbing needs moving forward.

Zach and Joseph were Awesome they were very knowledgeable and kept us in formed the whole time that they were there. They were timely and I would definitely use them for all of my future plumbing needs large or small. They definitely know their Jobs. I had a great experience with this company coming out and replacing my faucet for my kitchen sink. I also had him look at my toilets and he was able to fix things the other plumbing service I used wasn’t able to. He left the area clean and everything is working great.

Had my fan compressor motor changed it took him less than an hour the part was less than 200 bucks. Yet he over charged me 900 bucks and that now seems outrageous as he used a universal part. Even though he said carriers parts only on carriers ac but he bought a cheap one. As he was leaving he said I need a new compressor wow!!! Now that not even working so horrible experience I would never recommend this company to anyone. When he left I complained to him after I googling the price of the part as I saw the box it was 50% less than the Carrier part which he should have purchased as he said he had too. So when I complained he said he come back and take it out after I paid for the work since I wasn’t happy. I thought wow how unprofessional I been baking in my house for days and a few hours after he left it not even working….

I wish EVERY company I dealt with were like Minuteman. Jason and Tony were both awesome and beyond helpful. Literally they could have sold me more parts and charged double and it still would have been cheaper than we were told by other companies. This was a GREAT experiance and we are thrilled. They will be our go to heat and air!

Started with a simple service call, my water heater wasn't working. Joseph came out and swapped out the parts we needed and worked with my home warranty. Then they found a gas leak, so they repaired the utility closet plumbing, repaired a few other leaks that we had, and finished everything off with a pressure test and it all checked out great! They worked with us on the price because the hours can add up, so I'm really happy with how it all turned out considering the problem we had.
Joseph is a great guy to have work on your plumbing issues, he's patient, honest, and upfront with anything and everything he finds and does great work so you can put your mind at ease.
No on likes dealing with plumbing issues and the costs that are associated, but I'm calling these guys from now on for their honest pricing and willingness to work within your budget as much as they can.

My home water heater started leaking suddenly. Joseph from Minuteman Plumbing came right out and did an excellent job. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and kept me informed on what he was doing. It was more complicated than a typical job, and Joseph was very careful, and made sure it was done right. Now I have a safe and reliable new water heater. I'm very thankful that they were able to fit me into their schedule.

Jason and Wyatt were amazing. Was getting no where with a big national company (huge mistake). Every time the national company tech showed up, there was a sales agent came along. Got Jason's name from a friend. He came out the same day-no questions-then took apart the system and showed me exactly what was broken. He and Wyatt got me fixed up and running the same day. He was here till evening. Then he was off to help a 90yo that had called with a problem. Jason is honest, reliable and sincere. We are a customer for life.

These are the hardest working plumbers in Tulsa. Fantastic, communication, quality of work and customer service. They are very professional and fast. Minuteman’s dedication to detail and quality work is unmatched. They have went above and beyond to make the impossible happen for us.

The technician Joseph was very polite and professional when he came out to fix a leaking connection. It was a quick fix and th price was fair for the work done. We will use them again in the future for our plumbing needs!

Our experience with Minuteman, was nothing but awesome from start to finish. Taylor is the plumber we worked with. He was very prompt, communication was always excellent and his dedication to his craft was impressive. Over the course of several visits we got to know Taylor not just as a plumber but a moral and ethical person who is a dedicated family man. The price for services was great and we couldn’t be happier with the results. If you ever need a plumber ask for Taylor, he is the best.
