Jeremiah was great, I thought I found a plumbing company that I would be using for all my future needs, until after the fact, I requested my senior citizen discount that I had been promised. That's when I found out on my bill for $987 that I was given a $20 discount for my senior discount, that's 2%,,, that's pitiful. Customer retention should be given higher attention. I don't blame Jeremia I blame Green Country Plumbing.

I am impressed and highly recommend. GCP came out same day. I called at 9am and was told they could be here between 2 and 5pm. My kitchen and laundry room drain was backing up into the water heater closet. Jeremiah called at 2:01 to let me know he was on his way. He listened to the issue and answered every question. He was very professional and polite. I plan on calling them every time I need a plumber.

Jeremiah was great. Called before arriving, got out of his vehicle and went to work. Very friendly and totally professional. Will continue with green country plumbing because of personnel like this guy and the extremely pleasant lady on the phone. THANKS

We called out Green Country for a shower draining problem. They came out the same day no problem. The technician did excellent and professional work. And the cost was very reasonable. I give these folks a raving endorsement. They will be our go-to place from now on. In the past with other plumbers, we had problems getting them to even answer their phone, not with Green Country. Thumbs Up from me.

I got in touch for a leaking faucet on the front of my house a few months ago and Jeremiah was really great. I had another issue recently, and solely due to the urgency of my situation and selfish desire to have hot water ASAP, I went with another local company that was able to help me same day. Jeremiah arrived about ten minutes after I received the message notifying me. Reviewed the shower valve being replaced and began working. Let me know when he needed to leave and what he was going to retrieve. Work looks great and completely stopped the constant drip I was dealing with. He cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend. I found Green country plumbing on yelp, looked at the reviews and decided to have them check a drain issue for me. They set up The appointment quickly for the next day in a four hour window. They identified the problem quickly and efficiently and cleaned out another drain and we were all good to go in one service call. Great value!

Preston’s plumbing has been my first choice since the summer of 2020. We first met on a whole house re plumbing. They are always kind, respectful, clean up after themselves and would reccomend them to anyone and I have recommended them multiple times. I have used them for 6 properties.

I'm so thankful for Preston and his crew! They are so professional hardworking and show up when they say they're going to. I had previously (3weeks ago) contacted another plumbing company to get an estimate and schedule a day to have my plumbing fixed. That plumber came 2 days after my initial call to give me an estimate. We spoke about when he was going to be back. Come the day to fix it I got excuse after excuse and another day he would be here. He no called no showed 4 times always having excuses why he didn't have a crew that day before I had enough and called Preston plumbing. I called them on the 11th at 1pm and they had a crew here the 12th at the time frame given. Thankfully Preston honored the quote given by the previous company and had his crew back out on the 13th with everything to fix my plumbing. Josh from his crew and his other team members were very informative of what was going on all day and quick to get the job done. I was very pleased with their workand will be recommending Preston plumbing from here on out. Thank you all for helping me!
