Kody was very knowledgeable and professional. He took exceptional care with his equipment on my floors and used protective shoe covers which I really appreciate. His knowledge base is incredibly vast and he couldn't have been more thorough. I appreciate his attention to detail as we try to mitigate an issue with our existing fireplace.

Kody Aldrich came over to check out our fireplace and chimney, as well as our fryer vent. I was kept updated on when he would arrive. He was professional and friendly. Kody was very conscientious about keeping things clean and was patient and thorough during our discussion about the issues we are facing. He inquired several times to see if I had any questions or concerns. Kody was helpful and applied no pressure regarding timing of repairs. Would highly recommend this company!

C&C did a great job installing my new gas insert. The different crews that came out were all very professional and conscientious when it came to removal of the existing material, installing the new appliance, and clean up of the job site when finished. They were transparent when they realized the wrong face plate had been ordered and needed to be replaced. They came and completed the install with the correct face plate and ensured I was satisfied with everything and didn’t have any questions. New insert works well and looks fabulous!

I want to thank everyone at C & C Chimney and Air duct for the excellent service on my fireplace remodel. From demo, clean up, installation, and brick setting, the attention to detail and respect of property was excellent. The workers were always pleasant and informative throughout the process.

Arrived on time and went straight to work! Put on a new cap, caulked and sealed the stone! Had a very good conversation with both technicians!

This is an excellent company. Come to find out, there was nothing at all wrong with my gas fireplace. Just user error. Kody thoroughly explained to me how the unit worked and did lots of tests to make sure it was working properly. He was a nice guy and very informative. This is one of those good companies who you like to refer people to.

I had both exterior siding and interior dry wall done with C&C as the prime contractor. Both installations were a bit tricker than usual. Richard with C&C made sure any issues we raised were addressed quickly and to our complete satisfaction, even when it took a few extra trips. They really went above and beyond, especially Israel and his crew! I am very grateful to have had C&C manage this important work on my house!

Terrible experience with this company. They advertise the chimney cleaning for $279, and they charged me $279 without cleaning it. The technician sent me the pictures and the report of his findings, but didn’t clean the chimney. At the end of the story they wanted almost $12K to do the repairs. They told me I needed a new insert, and BS me about all the problems my chimney had. My husband got a second opinion and we ended using BUCK STOVE. It cost me 1/4 of what this company wanted for the job. I want my money back! You said my chimney, specifically the flue pipe, couldn’t be cleaned, and the technicians from BUCK STOVE cleaned it without the drama. I expect to be contacted to process my refund for work not performed. I did not request an inspection, I requested a cleaning service of the chimney. If your technician didn’t feel qualified to do it, he should have said it and leave without charging me $279.00 for nothing.

Cody did an excellent and quick job on my AC issue. It was done in a timely manner. He is a friendly service man, worth to have his service.

Kody Aldrich, the technician from Comfort Care Chimney & Air Service did a great job on my ventless gas log fireplace. He explained what he was checking, testing and cleaning, and the condition of the unit. He checked all the safety points, including the gas and carbon monoxide levels. My unit is still working well, and I feel secure that it works safely. It was great to have it professionally checked out.

Received a call before arrival to make sure their arrival time was ok. Technician (Cody) was polite and knowledgeable, did a great job of essentially giving me a run down of what he was going to do and giving updates during the service. He was mindful enough to mention things like the vacuum is loud before turning it on. Really appreciate how clean he left things, the hearth was covered with a tarp during the service and he made sure the whole area was clean before leaving. I also really like that before, during and after pictures are provided. He was also knowledgeable about their pricing and service plans. Will be returning customer.
