Richard, his crews and the office staff are among the most professional group of individuals in the business. I had multiple issues with both the upstairs and downstairs AC system in my home. Within hours of the initial call Richard himself came on the service call, since I was running an old (seer 8) upstairs I wanted to upgrade both systems. He had a whole slew of options available from various manufacturers. I opted for Goodman ac units due to the reputation, reliability and 10yr warranty. They had both systems completely replaced and the job site cleaned better than they found it in a VERY timely manner I couldn't be happier with my investment, or C&C Air Services!

Richard is the best in the business!!! I have been friends with him for a long time and now he is responsible for my house and all of my rent houses. Richard came, looked the AC over by hooking up all his tools and told us what was wrong. He did great, quality work and even helped us fix our attic door just because! (We were fixing it before he got there but he helped us finish it.) Would highly recommend him and his work.

Tate came out to diagnose my unit as it was having trouble keeping up. He was very fast and professional and came forward with a few solutions before making repairs. The repairs were completed quickly. Would 100% recommend C&C to anyone in the area.

C&C came out and looked at my fireplace. They checked it from top to bottom, cleaned it and explained and fixed what was wrong with it. The gentle man that came out was very friendly and well educated on his job. Even the office staff was friendly and so helpful.

We just bought a 47 year old house the past owners stated they have not used the fire place in many years. Call and schedule C & C if you want professional, knowledgeable, courteous and timely service and repair. They replaced my gas fireplace log unit--they did an excellent job from start to finish. Call them. Good company; good people.

Had a company come out to clean my chimney but upon finding it was full of leaves the tech said he wasn’t comfortable cleaning it. So I called C&C Air Services. My leaf filled chimney was no problem for Cody! He flew a drone over and took several photos from the outside & took several photos from inside the chimney. Then proceeded to clean out the leaves, sweep out everything, vacuum everything and scrub the door to our wood stove. It was beautiful! Not only the finished product, but the proficiency, professionalism and courtesy. He then went over recommendations for future work we might consider, using the photos to demonstrate the need. They also do dryer vents &, air ducts! You can literally breath easier with C& C Air Services! I highly recommend!!

These guys are true pros. Excellent service! Cody has been out here on two occasions now and he’s very good at what he does. Sends pictures of everything he sees which is so helpful. If you’re looking for thorough service and peace of mind, these guys are the ones you should call.

The C & C service techs were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Tate, Devin and Cody had great interpersonal skills, explained what they were doing in layman's terms and worked quickly on the furnace/AC installation. I am very happy with the service provided and will use C & C in the future.

Highly recommend C&C for HVAC needs. They were super responsive, came quickly, and Richard solved my AC issue in a flash. Extremely good customer service as well. Wore protective shoes when in the house and took the time to show me what was wrong. Also, provided several repair alternatives to choose from which I appreciated.

Devin and Adrian did a great job cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting our fireplace. Moreover, they were genuinely polite, engaging, and informative. We've happily used this company for fireplace and duct work for 5 years and all staff have been a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

Awesome!!!! I was having a difficult time being available for service. After a brief time of being on hold Gracie returned to me saying they could fit me in the following morning! I was relieved!! Apparently Cody was taken from one job and sent to my home. From the start Cody was a great tech. Got me up and running, explained everything thoroughly, and a happy customer I am! Thank you, Gracie, Cody, and C&C!!!!

C&C Air Services went above and beyond for us. We had a really old unit that smelled like smoke in a double wide that needed replacing. They came out noticed that the size of the inside unit didn’t match the outside unit and quickly got us scheduled for a new inside unit as well as a vent and duct cleaning.

Great communication throughout! On the day of service I received a text message with the name and picture of the lead technician before they arrived. I had to leave during the install and while I was out I continued to receive updates. They brought their own door mat to wipe their feet and were sure to clean up after themselves.

They provided before and after duct cleaning pictures in closing paperwork.

Overall 5 star service. They are a business that cares about their community, their name, the services they provide and pay attention to the small details at a very reasonable cost. I’m very happy that I chose their company over the others we were looking at for air services and I recommend them to everyone!

Adrienne is an excellent technician. He was very thorough & quickly discovered the issue with my air conditioner not cooling to the set temp. He explained everything & gave me a few options to choose from to fix the issue. Adrienne went above & beyond. He is very professional & I highly recommend him.
