Devin was fabulous, a nice and a polite young man. He was knowledgeable of the product and educated us on the new fireplace installation and yearly maintenance. We would highly recommend him and the company.

Devin Haddeman and Cason did a fantastic job on my exterior chimney work. They replaced the chase cover, cap and storm collar and made extra effort to caulk and paint the entire structure in order to paint match AND they finished their work on Christmas Eve. Many thanks to them both for their professionalism and great attitude during the job. I'm looking forward to working with these guys again.

Kody did an excellent job explaining every detail of my chimney, while doing his inspection. His thoroughness and attentiveness made me feel very comfortable with explaining it to my boyfriend. We were given different options to choose from and there was no pressure to make the decision right then. Kody really made it easy for us to be able to decide what our next steps needed to be. I would highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! We had more issues with our old fireplace then I knew. I'm so glad I had them inspect it. They did a complete overhaul of it and I no longer have to worry about possible chimney fires! And they capped off an old gas line in the fireplace that we never use so now we have so much more room! They are incredibly thorough, walk you through everything that needs to be done, take tons of pictures. And the guys that do it are so nice and sweet and personable. We gave them each a big hug when they were done! Highly recommend!!

Very knowledgeable company , did a great job bringing our fireplace up to safety standards and ensuring it’s safe for next season! Previous owners used ventless logs in a vented true fireplace, huge safety issue, plus other issues on the chimney and in the refractory panels. All replaced, and installed perfectly, technicians answered all our questions and were great to work with!

The Chimney tech did a very thorough cleaning job and pointed out several areas of concern with my current chimney. He was able to provide solutions right there and offered a very reasonable price. The work as completed in less than one day. He also cleaned up everything once he completed the job. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to resolve any chimney related matter. In fact, we will be using Comfort Class in the spring to “re-point” some small repair work on our chimney.

Devin, Phillip and Tyler showed up on time and removed our fireplace in record time. The three were a pleasure to work with. They put up dust screens to keep the mess isolated within the work area. For several years we have been wanting to upgrade our fireplace and this year we decided to get it done. We chose Comfort Class Chimney & Air Service. We couldn't be happier with their efficiency and great customer service. The "boys" did a great job from start to finish. How they moved that huge iron stove I will never know. C&C rebuilt my brick chimney, power washed & tuck-pointed the exterior brick around the house & water proofed everything.

The entire process was easy starting with CS Rep, Susanna, Office Mgr., Amber, Owner, Richard, Techs, Kody, Benjamin & Tate. The work started on time each day. Communication was excellent & there was always someone to talk to. Kody explained what would be done each day before the work began. These guys are skilled Craftsmen who genuinely care about doing the job right.

Tate was our specialist & we was very kind , professional & thorough. The office staff are very responsive & communication is wonderful. We are working through getting quotes at this time but so far they have been wonderful in this process.

C&C did a good job. Kody Aldrich was our technician. He was professional and knew what he was doing. We got a new chase (metal top) because our old one was a mix between caulk and rust. I feel comfortable that the repair was done correctly and using high quality materials.

Absolutely amazing! From the very first message I sent, this team was quick to respond and answer my every question. I compared several estimates for a full system change-out before choosing C&C, but the deciding factor was the level of service I got from the estimate. I--knowing absolutely nothing about HVAC-- needed someone to walk me through it all step by step. I wanted to make sure I was making the best choice for my new home and this company did just that! Installation took less time than originally estimated and the crew were all friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely recommend and use this company for all of my HVAC and chimney needs!

I have relied on C&C for years. In the past they swept and inspected my chimney and cleaned all the hair out of the fan/blower in my furnace and made sure it was in good working order.
Today, Richard checked out my unit and made some repairs to help ensure it would pass inspection for when I sell my house.
They do a fantastic job, have super friendly staff that answers the phones and most importantly they have EXCELLENT communication.

UPDATE: Had C&C Air Services come out to my home again and I have to say this company is "Awesome"! If your looking for a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, well maintained company that has all the qualities a company should have, then this is your company! I'm very impressed with C&C Air Services. They send you an email for confirmation for your service date, a reminder of your service date and a Thank you for your business post card. I have not come across another company that does this. They really do appreciate your business and they do their job well and it shows! Thank you C&C Air Services for being a company with a reputation for excellent customer service!

Richard provided us with a proposal for the work we needed done, and explained the products to be used and the timeframe for the project. Tate and Lucas did a great job with the installation. Everyone with the company has been courteous and professional, and communicated well along every step of the project (bonus points!). I would highly recommend C&C based on my experience.

We had an issue with our house a/c system. Tate came out and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and informative on what we can do to prevent this in the future. This is the second time I have used c&c services. I will continue to use them in the future.
