Don’t use! Initially, they were great when coming in to remedy our water damage. Went downhill from there. Didn’t follow through with what they said or when they said they would do something. Was not transparent with cost, never answered my questions thoroughly. Did not do business with them after the initial remediation. Red flags all over the place.

Kameron and his crew did the best job, They were diligent on time and that every day when I said you’re going through for adamant about getting the trumpet five dollars if I could do more… needs raise loves his job and very knowledgeable

Excellent job start to finish especially with communication when our dishwasher flooded and we had hardwood damage. Couldn’t have gone smoother and followed up with us to make sure job was done right

Prompt to the fire job and helped salvage and stabilize the building until midnight. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and dedication to their customers. I hope I never have to use a service again but Reset will be my first call.

Verify professional and great communication. Helped with the insurance process and made it simple as possible for me not being in Tulsa for the renovation. The crew at Reset provided top notch customer service, start to finish. Our plumbing went haywire in a guest bathroom, and we needed help with the cleanup. Their team came out within a couple of hours and had everything done quickly. We were amazed!

We used Reset Restoration Services for the water damage repairs and I just have to say they were awesome! They took care of removing the mold, drying out everything and then all of the repairs.

It literally took a team of people to work the job and they were great to communicate with us.

They had a team pack up all of our personal property and move it out of the house so the wood floors could be refinished. Then they moved it all back into the house and put fresh pads on the bottom.

They repaired and painted all of the damaged walls from the water damage.

This type of thing is never fun but Reset was great through it all. We highly recommend Reset Restoration Services.

Reset restoration was a life saver. I own a small plumbing business and I had a leak on a fitting and it flooded the carpet and ruined the drywall. I called reset and they got out there in 30 minutes and took care of everything. They also took really good care of my Customer. These guys are phenomenal. I don’t get very many leaks on my work but if I ever do I will definitely call them back and strongly recommend them to anyone.

Reset helped us fix several problems with our house. All of our dealings were professionally handled start to finish. Andrew and Patrick were both knowledgable and helpful at all times. A special shout out for Patrick who was new to the team but was extremely helpful in communicating and managing the work that we needed to get done.
