His team worked in a professional manner, answered all questions and concerns asked of them. These guys delivered spot on top quality service. I highly recommend there services.

Very efficient company to work with. All employees were very respectful and knowledgeable about their duties. Our first contact was with Aaron and he did an excellent job of walking us through the repairs process and providing us with a cost estimate. Once work was scheduled our project manager, Patrick, kept the job going and as close as possible on schedule, even allowing us to hire a painter to complete some additional work. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend them as a very reputable company to work with.

I cannot recommend Reset Restoration highly enough! I had a car drive through the front of my business. I had no clue where to start! I called Reset and they were amazing. Their response time was impressive. Within 3 1/2 hours my business was secured. They also helped me find a security company to keep an eye on things overnight. On top of that, after Christian, the first of their awesome team to respond, assessed the situation and got things rolling, he grabbed a broom and started helping me with the cleanup. They made an awful situation suck a lot less. If you are dealing with a property loss look no further than Reset. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!

Our floors got flooded due to a burst pipe. Reset was super quick to respond, had professional and courteous workmen, and were very skilled in the multiple trades necessary to complete our job. From removing damaged floors, Sheetrock and damaged pipes to replacing floors, repainting, working with our delicate marble bathroom counters and plumbing, Reset did a fantastic job. Our insurance company was also familiar with them and was confident in their reputation and skill, which made the insurance assessment go smoothly. Highly recommend!

I really can’t say enough about Reset Restoration. They were simply amazing! We recently had a horrific flood in our home that destroyed nearly the entire first floor. Our insurance company initially suggested another company for the clean up but we quickly began to have issues with the service and called Reset to come and take over. They have made our home look better than new. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They were always available and easily reached if I had a question. Great communication regarding the process and always kept us updated on the schedule. I can honestly say that they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend them and they will be my first call in the future if I ever need another restoration company.

We had a water line leak in our refrigerator that caused quite a bit of damage in our kitchen and living room wood floors. Reset Restoration was incredible to work with. They came out for a free initial consultation and were very thorough. They answered every question we had and explained the next steps. They were present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage to make sure nothing was overlooked. They worked hand in hand with the insurance company throughout the entire process and also worked around our Thanksgiving schedule to get our floor fixed as quickly as possible. Our floors look incredible now and Reset Restoration made a potentially stressful and uncertain situation very manageable. We can't recommend them enough!

Reset was contacted to address a mold contamination situation in our home. From the beginning of the project, from remediation, to correction, to repair, we found each of the individuals involved in it to be excellent to work with. They made every effort to isolate the work area and minimize the disruption to our use of the affected area of our home. Their work area clean-up was a part of their daily routine. The assigned Project Manager did an outstanding job of maintaining communication with us, keeping us up to date daily on the project forward plan, scheduling, timing, etc

I recently had a water leak over Memorial weekend late Saturday evening. I was panicked after just having a new floor installed. Reset Restoration was quick to respond. They were at my home within 30-45 minutes, found the leak, got it stopped, carefully removing anything affected by the water and that was damaged. They then brought in fans and dehumidifiers and sprayed to prevent mold. Reset Restoration was very professional and knowledgeable, fully explained the process and very attentive to any concerns I had. They came back daily to check the drying process and sprayed again to prevent mold. They were very helpful and compassionate and in a stressful situation. They also offered contract services to restore my home making a disastrous situation less overwhelming.
