Constraction reviews in Tulsa, Oklahoma

The people who make and support the Birch Co. are talented, committed, trusted and caring. Excited to see how far this company will go!

One of their homes being built next door to me.. Discovered my hose undone. I called them but they failed to respond to my phone call about their contractor using my water. Water thief.

Birch Co was great in every form and fashion. Absolutely love everything they do and stand for. Could not be more happy with how everything turned out. Great communication skills

Ownership changed and so did their quality. I do not recommend them. They did not manage project costs nor did they manage scope changes. They made commitments that were not kept and they misrepresented timelines and status often.

Great builders with a unique and elegant style! I really enjoyed my continued experience with this company and would happily recommend them and the quality they provide.

This company is outstanding, their design is something different than other builders and their staff work hard to make their clients ideas come to life. I will definitely be using them for my next home.

We had a wonderful experience with the entire Birch Co team. Their work on our home was of great quality and everyone was on time and professional. Highly recommend!

The attention to detail and customer service couldn't be better. If I could give six stars, I would.

Birch Co home designs are beautiful and modern - updated clean lines with the perfect touch of warmth and elegance!

Brett and his team are trustworthy and professional.

We had a great experience working with Chad Brown. He was great and reliable overseeing our project. Everyone we have met at Birch Co is very professional, kind, and great at communicating.

In reference to Birch Co.'s response, according to the purchase contract for the acquisition of Birch Co., which party is responsible for paying the judgment: the previous ownership or the new ownership?

My wife and I sued Birch Co. in May 2020 (case number CJ-2020-127). Over the next 4 plus years, Birch Co. repeatedly delayed the lawsuit while making no reasonable attempt to settle (Birch Co. filed an "Offer to Confess Judgment" for $101,000, inclusive of attorney fees, two weeks prior to trial. Before that, their highest settlement offer was $26,000, which was made in June 2024. From May 2020, until June 2024, Birch Co. did not make a single settlement offer, nor did they respond to offers made by my wife and I.). On November 1, 2024, a 12 person Creek County jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of my wife and I and against Birch Co. for compensatory damages in the amount of $277,559.00. The jury determined that Birch Co. was liable for breach of contract, breach of implied warranty, and negligence.

For what it’s worth, Birch Co. appears to be heading for trial again later this year in Tulsa County (case number CJ-2023-1555).

Birch Co is simply the best around! I’ve admired their work for years now and when I’m ready to build they will 100% be who I call to get the job done! The faces behind the brand are some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met!

I would leave six stars if I could! Working with Brett and his team to include, Beau and their team thus far has been amazing. Super helpful and caring, helping us through the entire process. If you’re looking for a reputable builder that cares about who they work with and their reputation, look no further!

The quality and the customization of our new home are why we chose The Birch Co, when we walked into our home for the first time we were sold. It didn’t look like all the other floor plans we had seen from other builders. Nothing was cookie cutter about our new house! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a house.

The birch co remodeled the entire first floor of our home. Worked with us on every detail and it came out exquisite. We love our home!

Later we used birch co to build our dream pool and back yard space. Once again it turned out better than we could have dreamed. We love every moment we get to spend outside in our backyard with our dream pool.

Thank you to the birch co team!

There are multiple families in a neighborhood we own a home in that are struggling to get this company to finish their homes and do the work they were promised on budget. Some of them have already gone through arbitration and won. Avoid them at all costs…

Great, reliable company. Thrilled Chad Brown joined Birch. Chad is great to work with! He’s done two projects with us that ended up far nicer than we could have hoped, for a great price. Wouldn’t choose any other team for building or roofing needs.

The Birch Co is a wonderful team to work with! They are dedicated to offering the very best experience and always responded quickly to any questions. They truly care about their clients desires, needs, & concerns through the design/construction process and beyond. Aside from that they have incredible style and design ideas!

I can't say enough about Birch Co Commercial! We love our new clinic and recommend Trent and his team to anyone who will listen. When we build again- commercial or residential, it'll be with this team. From start to finish on this project I felt heard and valued as a team member on the project. If you are looking for a commercial builder (even if you are doing some 'value engineering)- these are your people!!

As a Realtor, I can confidently say that they are a top-notch building company. Their expertise and professionalism are unmatched, and they consistently deliver exceptional results. Birch Co's use of high-quality materials and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards. Their exceptional customer service and communication skills make them a pleasure to work with. If you're in need of a reliable and trustworthy building partner, look no further than Birch Co. I highly recommend them!
