Robison Air has been our heating/air company for about 30 years. They have always been professional, quickly responsive, thorough in their assessments, and helpful in solutions. I highly recommend them as a service company, and especially recommend having a twice yearly service agreement with them so you know that your units will be checked out and serviced before major temperature and demand changes on your system. They have NEVER let us down. I always give their name out when people ask for a recommendation.

My compressor wasn’t working properly so called, late in the afternoon, to schedule a service call. They gave me an early appointment the next morning. Service technician, Randy, called ahead of time and arrived promptly at the agreed time. He checked the system thoroughly and thought he had the issue nailed down...not a cheap fix. Came back a few minutes later and advised he found the actual problem. Had my system working in short order for a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional. Will not hesitate to call Robison Air for future needs!

Outstanding service by courteous and professional technicians. Arrived on time and installed a new a/c coil quickly. When further inspection revealed that I needed to replace my furnace too (to avoid the risk of CO poisoning) they called their office and had the furnace delivered in less than an hour, making it possible to get both major repairs and installations done in one day while they already had everything pulled out and opened up. The weather turned very cold a few days later so it was very nice to have the new furnace installed and running safely just in time for the drop in temperature. We were very impressed with their service from beginning to end and highly recommend using Robison for heat and a/c needs. We would definitely use them again!

Robison Air has been my go-to for everything HVAC over the last 5 years. They have amazing maintenance plans and always search for ways to save $$ on any repairs that are necessary! I highly recommend using them!

I have recently had two ac coils replaced by Robison Air. Both sets of technicians did an excellent job. They were on time, experienced, clean and got the job done right at a fair price. I have used Robison Air for the past four or five years for other repairs and they have always done a good job and fixed things right the first time. Good people, I would definitely recommend them.

On time, friendly, courteous and besides the furnace checkout also fixed my doorbell power that did not get reconnected with the original furnace install. No questions asked, just graciously took care of everything.

I would highly recommend Robison Air! Danny is our sales rep; he looked at what we had and made suggestions on what he thought we needed based on our wants. He was not the "average" salesperson who tried to push the most expensive unit on us. He listened to what we wanted. We got a fair price for what we had installed - AC/furnace, sealing of ductwork, update the plenum and a new air return. He is also working on the PSO rebate for us.
We also liked that this company is still locally owned and not "corporate".

The technicians, James and Eddy, were great! They were professional, courteous, friendly and very conscientious about our home. The installation was performed in a timely manner, looks great and they cleaned/vacuumed everything before leaving. The system is working perfectly even on these 100⁰+ days.

We just received our 1st electric bill from mid June to mid July and our usage was cut in half from last year, the same range.

The heating unit wasn't working in 2° weather. Called and Marquise from Robison was able to service our unit within 2 hours of our call. He was very professional and knew right away what the issue was and repaired it in about 45 minutes. Fantastic technician and service.

Wonderful receptionist who answered my call and friendly, educated repair technician who fixed my air conditioner. Each time I use Robison Air, I get excellent quality service!

Our furnace quit working so we had no heat in the bedrooms. When I called, they said that they would work me in that day. Within less than 2 hours, a repairman called and was there 15 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed that the igniter was bad. He apparently had one in his van and had replaced it and tested the furnace all within less than one hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the repair cost was very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them highly. We have had several previous interactions with Robison Air over the last 15 years including repairs, replacement of worn out systems, and installation of new systems and have always been very satisfied. Based on our experiences, this is an outstanding company that does quality work at a fair price. We will definitely continue to use their services as needed.

We couldn't have had a better experience. All aspects of the purchase and installation were great including the sales call, the installation and cleanup, and the price. We were lucky that my daughter-in-law knew Mike Robison and suggested we get a second quote from his company. We had used a different Trane dealer for service for years and their quote for the replacement of our old units was ridiculously higher. These are really good people to work with. Highly recommend.

I knew from meeting Danny and seeing his estimate that I would go with Robison for my new HVAC system. So my first thanks is to Danny. Then thanks to Mike for letting me reschedule due to weather. My installers, Eddie and Nick were timely, professional and courteous. They did a great job and it was not an easy installation. Finally, Kim cheerfully took my payment. I am SO glad I went with Robison Air and I would recommend them highly.

We fired them.

Their website specifically states that during normal maintenance they (see attached website image):

“Check for clogs in the drain lines”.

That statement is a lie.

When they failed to check for and thus report and/or correct a drain clog, it caused over $10,000.00 in damages to the walls, ceilings, cabinetry and floors in the space my wife’s elderly parents, who are dementia patients, reside in with us, thus causing trip and mold hazards to their, and our, health.

When contacted, the Robison Air representative response was they’re not plumbers and are therefore not responsible, even though their website claims they check the drain lines. Thus they have zero concern for the safety and wellbeing of my wife’s parents and/or us for the damage they caused.

The representative did state that he would change the wording on their website to correct their lie, which is meaningless to us after the damages they have cause to our home

We questioned our contractor and plumber who examined the damage cause by Robison Air regarding the Robison Air representatives claims as follows:

From us:

“Robison says the issue is with the “plumbing” and that they only check the condensate lines between the hvac and the “plumbing “. “

From them:

“Of course they would. That pipe is literally an extension of the condensate line. No one takes responsibility these days. “

As a result, we highly do not recommend using Robison Air as they will always blame their failures on anyone and/or anything other than themselves, and obviously do not care for the safety and well being of my wife’s elderly parents in their late 80’s, as well as my wife of 65 years and myself of 70 years. As they are perfectly willing to deceive the elderly such as us, they will be perfectly willing to deceive anyone, including you.

They came out and fixed our heater that had quit working. Willie and Keaton were great to deal with. Showed up on time and knew what they were doing. Ended up having several issues with the system and they were able to get us warm again! Very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Dalton was our service tech and installed a new control. He explained and tested the new unit. He was kind and very thorough and helpful. I would like to request Dalton for our future maintenance calls. Thank you for getting an opening for me to have the new control unit installed.

The technicians who installed my new heat and cooling system obviously knew what they were doing and did a very careful and thorough job of the installation. They were very friendly and went the extra distance to explain the system to my wife and I. I have had Trane equipment at other properties and know it is very reliable and economical.

5 star service from start to finish!! Danny came out and gave us an estimate with 3 different price/equipment options. Their top option/price was still $1k less then the other 3 estimates we were given at those companies lowest price of 3 options! We called and they came out 2 days later and installed our new heat pump & condenser (a/c) Trane brand. The installers Nep, Michael & Angel were all very friendly and did an excellent job, we had another cold air return added, another vent added in our pantry that didn’t have a vent and new vents(that were the right ones for our 10’ ceilings) installed. They took care of our property and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about our experience thus far with Robison air. We would highly recommend this company!

We were having issues with a couple of bedrooms not heating or cooling properly, depending on the season. After having multiple companies come out to assess the issue, Robison was the only one to offer a thorough and detailed assessment to actually troubleshoot the problem. Everyone else seemed to be guessing and quoted us thousands of dollars to 'try and see if it helps,' but Robison took the time to diagnose the issue properly. I can’t say enough great things about the experience we had with them, from their professionalism to the quality of the solution they provided. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend their services!

10/8 After my AC issues below I signed up for annual maintenance on both my AC and heat. Marquis was just here to service my furnace for winter and replace my filters. He called ahead and arrived promptly, explained everything he had performed and any concerns ( there were none. Yay!)

Robison Heat and air was also prompt in scheduling a Same day appointment for me. The service tech called ahead to let me know that he was on his way, worked very hard and got me back up and running. He was very clear in his explanation, told me upfront with the cost would be, and was very professional. My house is cooling down nicely.

Kevin was was very good and educated me on my heat issues and went above and beyond. Thank you sir!

Dalton was on time, very polite and considerate of my concerns. He explained everything to me and went above and beyond by noticing another problem not related to the original problem. Took care of it and made me comfortable knowing all was safe and secure. Will definitely use Robison and recommend!
