This is the best HVAC company On the hottest day of the year today, I called Frostair when both of my A/C units went down. They responded within an hour and a half and got my unit back running again. Literal life saver today! Very professional. This is the best HVAC company in Tulsa!

Great company, came out multiple times to try to eke our old unit along until we could get the new one delivered. They even lent us portable air conditioners to keep our pets safe during the heat wave. Highly recommended!!!!!

Picked Frost because I had an AC go out on a late Friday afternoon a few weeks ago. They were the first to provide NEXT DAY service. Since then they have come back, generally free of charge, to check up on other issues with our system. The system was old and gave up the ghost, and we used them to put in a brand new system. However we were without AC in 2022 July heat. They even provided some temporary portable units to help keep the pets from overcool which we parked in a hotel for a few days. Ultimately, new system, works perfectly. They're professional, responsive, and pretty good folks. They are my HVAC folks now.

We used Frost Air Services for our home because they service the AC units at the Patriot Cafe where I am a kitchen manager. They always provide excellent service and explain what needs to be done with no surprises. Our unit is older, so when it's time to 4eplace it, we will be going with Frost. And you should too.

Cody came out after A- Best Air failed to come out and check my furnace this season even though I had been paying them to do so. Cody did not just come out and check my system, he went above and beyond and checked my fire detectors. We thought we had a carbon monoxide detector and fire detector combination. Well we did not. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get us up and running just a few hours later. They didn’t mind me following them around asking questions and were very courteous, very professional. I’ve never really dealt with having to add refrigerant to a system but price was better than what a friend in BA was charged by another company. I will definitely use them again should any future issues arise.

After being told by another HVAC company that we needed to replace our furnace & air conditioner due to a crack in our heat exchanger, Cody came to our rescue! He scoped our heat exchanger with his flexible camera & found no cracks saving us thousands of $! Cody has definitely earned our future business & referrals.
We also used Cody to clean our ducts & are very happy with the work he performed.
