04/23/26: I’ve signed on for seasonal maintenance. Eli serviced our units today and did a very thorough job. I was very impressed. This company is impeccably reliable.

Exceptional service from Brandon and Joe. I contacted four other HVAC companies, (Temperature Pro was the fifth) and they were the only ones that helped me resolve the issue on site. I spent months trying to troubleshoot solutions for a very loud AC unit and they were able to help me in less than an hour while many of the other companies I contacted proposed very costly solutions. Brandon is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend.

Awesome company awesome people!!! Had a problem with my AC unit and they were quick to respond. Kevin was at our home hours prior to our scheduled appointment. Took him only a couple of minutes to figure out what was wrong and explained it to where i could understand! On top of that he saved my family so much i mean a lot of money!! I also really appreciate how he went straight to the problem and fixed it without trying to upsell anything. Thanks Kevin! And thank you Temperature Pro!! Our experience with TemperaturePro was excellent! They came same day to give us a quote for a full system replacement, had the best price of the 4 quotes that we solicited, and were able to start the work two days later. All of the technicians were professional and did a fantastic job, going above and beyond to make sure we understood the system and even making sure it was as aesthetically pleasing as possible on the outside of our house. Brandon, Zach, Jacob, Mike and one or two whose names I didn't get were all very helpful, polite and pleasant. We will definitely call them first when our second system goes out!

Disclosure: I am not receiving any perk or discount for this review. I feel the need to state this because I was a little taken aback that this company’s reviews were a perfect *5 Stars* when I searched them, however after using their services, I understand how they earned that rating.

Review: Apologies in advance for the longer review. However, they say “time is money”, and my goal in writing this review is to hopefully save you both. My wife and I were extremely impressed with this company from start to finish.

Background: My wife and I purchased our home in February. We knew the HVAC would need to be replaced soon, but we were hoping to make it one full year in our home before it died. (No such luck.) The A/C struggled over the summer, unable to keep up with the 110° Tulsa Heat. The final straw came when the heat gave out the beginning of November. Our heat pump and emergency furnace, stopped the first cold snap of the year.

Initial Visit: We had a senior tech come out named Brandon. He was able to reset the system, and get it working again. (He also showed us how to do it ourselves if it happened again.) He did not attempt to upsell us in anyway. Unfortunately, a week later, the system died for good. Brandon returned, at no charge. He said that he was able to get the emergency back up heat working, but that the circulating fan needed to be replaced. He did not attempt to upsell. It was only after I asked him what options he could quote me to replace the entire system did he give those options. From Thermostat, Outside Condenser, Attic Furnace… etc. I needed EVERYTHING. He gave an accurate range from Basic to Premium. The Temp Pro team sent us an official quote within the hour.

Payment options, OK Gas Rebate & “Pay In Full”Discount: The Daikin-Fit System comes with a 12yr warranty. At the time of purchase, Temp Pro also offered a 12yr payment plan to match. The quote sent by Temp Pro also included the option to pay in full with either cash, check or credit card and receive a 7% discount. I spoke to Wade, the president of Temp Pro, who was able to give me a complete “Out the Door” price, for taxes, fees, labor, everything. In the end, *that was the exact price I paid*. My wife & I had recently purchased a Gas Dryer and received a $400 credit from OK Gas. I went to the OK Natural Gas Website and I learned (that at the time of purchase-Nov 2022) OK Gas was offering rebates of $2500 for installing a 95%+ efficient gas furnace. The Daikin-Fit System, which I purchased, qualified.

Installation: The Temp Pro workers were extremely professional. Quinton & Jacob were the two primary installers for our system. Brandon, the senior tech who came out the first two times, would come by once a day just to check in. Wade also stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our prior HVAC was a piece-meal disaster. It took a little longer than expected to install the system, having to retro-fit the new system into our older home, but the Temp Pro team worked around our schedule, and always showed up when scheduled. My wife and I also both felt like they were taking the time to make sure it was done RIGHT. We respected that. We went with the Daikin Fit system, which qualifies for the $2500 rebate from OK gas. As a first time home owner, I made the mistake of paying for the entire system up front, before the job was done, but that didn’t matter. I’m sure other businesses would have dragged their feet or taken the money and run, but Temp Pro continued to work diligently till the job was done.

Rebate Submission: Lastly, after all the work was complete, Wade took the time to *submit the rebate paperwork to OK Gas for us* & sent me the confirmation email.

Summary: I can, without any reservation, recommend Temp Pro. You won’t be disappointed. Good luck with your decision. All the best.

Zach and Brandon did a great job checking my furnace. They also provided tips and suggestions on other HVAC matters. They arrived during the appointment window, were friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was fairly priced too.

TemperaturePro came out on Saturday on very short notice. Eli discovered that the problem was the thermostat after a thorough check of the whole system. I was so impressed with his expertise. I highly recommend them.

Jacob and Zak spent four days installing three new heating and cooling systems at my house. They did a great job and worked very hard. They were also polite and courteous. I am very glad I went with Temperature Pro for this project.

Temperature Pro came out today and took care of a leak I had in my system. The service technicians were professional and polite. They got right to work and kept me updated on their progress. The job was completed in good time and I am back up and running! I would highly recommend Temperature Pro to anyone needing good quality work at a fair price.

I was referred to TemperaturePro by another member of the Tulsa Remote community. Everyone I spoke to at this company (Wade, Brandon, and Zak) was very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, helpful! Brandon and Zak were honest and polite guys who demonstrated great teamwork in identifying the source of a leak in our attic when our A/C was running. Brandon even shared video and photos of the problem so I could see what was going on without getting up there. I don't know how they managed to squeeze into one of the tightest corners, but they replaced the PVC pipe pretty quickly and rerouted it into my gutter so it would drain more efficiently. They also serviced our unit for the summer while they were here. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again to service our unit in the Fall. Thanks all!

Very satisfied with the new air conditioning and heating unit that was installed and would recommend them to anybody in the county and surrounding area for quality fast accurate work.
