Excellent service! I have used Master Service for years to keep my old system running. When it finally died, I went to them for a replacement. They go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

We have used Master Service for years and have been very happy with their service throughout the years. Justin is polite and takes care to leave his work place in good condition.

Justin came and in minutes knew what was needed for our furnace and was able to fix it. Fast & friendly service. I will definitely use Master Service again.

Technicans were right on time for install. They were professional and courteous. Quality of their work was excellent and I am quite satisfied with the installation of the new
heating pump system.

I spoke with my landlord at 8:50 p.m., and told him we were melting over here. Justin was here about 10:20 p.m. and had the a/c running by 11:00. He’ll be back in the morning with a fan blade and motor to complete the repair. Really happy we don’t have to sweat out the night! Thanks, Justin!

Evan, Julio, and Josh came out the day after we lost our a/c and got a new one installed and running right away. This is our second unit replaced (both were over 20 years old) by Master Service, and I recommend them to everyone!

Called about 7:30 this morning and they had a service tech out with a few minutes. Micheal had our 21 year old unit up and running within a couple hours. A very pleasant and professional person. Highly recommend Master Service.

I was in a bind and they had someone to my house that day. They were so friendly and the customer service was bar none. They were very informative, explained what they did and then I was shocked to see after all that they did how reasonably priced they were. Would recommend to anyone. They made such a stressful situation a positive experience. Will be using them for all future needs.

Our unit decided to randomly quit working and Steve came to the rescue! Great rates for a Saturday! He made it to us pretty quick and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 mins! So glad to have our heat and air back!

Julio and Josh installed a two zone system today in Jenks and did a fantastic job. They laid down plastic over the carpet and kept the job site clean. The quality of work was outstanding. I would use them again without hesitation.

The owner, Steve, showed up for a service call at 9:30 am as arranged. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed my problem. He gave me a great explanation, showed me pictures of the unit in the attic and the problem areas. Then he gave me a couple of options from a repair that would cost me $400-600 and may or may not hold me through the summer, to replacing just the AC. or the AC and furnace. He went through the pros and cons of each with me and I decided to replace my entire system due to the age of my home. He was able to get his salesperson, Tim, to my house within an hour. Tim went through their product offerings with me and explained in detail the items included in installation, the warranty and financing options. Tim left my home around noon to pull permits for the work. Brett and Zac showed up at 1pm to begin removing my old units and preparing for the installation. Around 2pm Tim was back with my paperwork and the new equipment and Brett and Zac completed the install by 4:15pm. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I asked questions of everyone and was impressed with Tim's product knowledge and Zac's knowledge of why certain things are done a certain way in the installation process. It's not a great day when your AC goes out and you need to spend thousands of dollars to replace it, but these guys made it a little easier! Thanks so much for making a bad day better!

From the first call, to scheduling, to promptness to courteous and professional advice. These guys cant be beat. Tim the salesman KNOWS his stuff. He doesn't mislead or add extras he is to the point and honest. How often do you find that anymore? Then scheduling was a bit tricky because we had all that storming. But it didn't stop them. The techs Julio and Evan came worked quickly and so efficiently. These guys make a terrific team. They make SURE the equipment works properly and they go the extra mile. My suggestion, don't even waste time looking for someone else. These guys have it all. Thank you SO MUCH. I LOVE MY NEW A/C
