Master Service have served all our Heat and Air needs and have been our Technicians for many years. I call on their expertise and professionalism for my personal home and rentals. Steve is always very professional, friendly, and HONEST! They most usually attend to my call for help within the same day and usually within a couple of hours and are thorough in explaining the heat or air problem to me and what my options are in solving the problem! You are in good hands with Steve from Master Service Heat and Air ... he 'Serves the Master' and that is evident in the Way he Serves YOU!!

Our technician Steve was very friendly and professional. Called on a Sunday morning due to heater issues and he came right out. Only took 20 minutes to fix the issue. Would recommend their services to other people.

I had a very good experience with this company. Tim was very helpful & walked me thru everything. The install for our new heat & air unit plus furnace took less then a day & they cleaned everything up when done. I am completely satisfied with the company & the price was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any hesting or cooling services. The whole crew was a joy.

In a word...AWESOME! Very caring and knowledgeable! Last summer another HVAC company tried to take advantage of my 88 year old father, they wanted to charge over $10,00 to replace equipment and weren't interested in repairing anything. I then called Master Service, they came right out and gave me several options from repair to replacement. The repair option we chose got us through the summer at a fraction of the cost. Master Service came back out this week to evaluate and said the system was leaking. Again we were given multiple optons. We went with equipment replacement and the cost was less than half what the other company quoted. Everyone I have dealt with at Master Service from office staff, installers to the owner have been caring, efficient, knowledgeable and overall just great and I highly recommend them. They are a company you can trust and they give discounts for veterans and if you have a maintenance agreement!

These guys are incredible! Our AC went out at 1am I called them at 7 this morning and my problem is already fixed. We have colder air blowing in through our vents then we have ever had. They are polite, friendly, and honest. The Tech Justin gave me options to fix the problem and tried to work with my budget to help me. By far the best customer service I have ever had! Give them a call if you want your problem fixed today.

Was very pleased at how fast they got a guy out within 2 hours on a Saturday morning and I actually talked to a real person! Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything. Plus, the service charge was surprisingly reasonable! I'm not going to bother with Airco Service anymore. Thanks y'all!

Josh and Julio were great! They were super courteous and professional. Being able to find out the problem and get a new AC the next day was incredible! I would recommend Master Service to anyone that has a heating or air conditioning problem!

Been using Master Service for years. When I got home one morning we needed service on our unit, called it in and Mike came out and dignosed the problem that would be costly on a old unit, he called Tim to give us pricing for a new unit and he was very helpful and even brought Consumer Reports for us to see the ratings,the next morning Josh and Mike came to do the install and left everything clean. Great company, great price. Steve has been out two times over the last few months to make repairs on different units. Very fast an knowledgeable. Each repair has only taken a few minutes. I would highly recommend calling Master Services first.

I am sending this review in for my senior parents Marion and Marilyne Akin..... This was our first time using Master Service with no regrets. We had all new heat and air units installed by Julio and Josh. They were very professional, informative and a pleasure to have in our home. They didn't seem to mind my following them around, watching them work and asking questions. They were very thorough in their explanations and even showed me things to check before calling for help should a problem arise. Excellent service, superior customer service and quick turn around times. Josh, Julie, Tim and Justin were exceptional, understanding plus very knowledgeable. Tim, Josh and Justin installed a brand new Air Conditioner along with furnace. Josh, Tim and Justin were exceptional answered any questions we had and cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend Master Service of Tulsa Heating & Air Conditioning.

The repairman, Justin arrived a couple of hours before expected, thankfully since our house was 58 degrees, had us up and running within about an hour. Very nice and courteous serviceman. Would definitely recommend MASTER SERVICE to family and friends.

Very professional and understanding on the phone service. Justin showed up very quick considering the icy road conditions. Justin was very professional and positive about the problem. He was also empathetic in regards to the cost of the part needing to be replaced. He was knowledgeable about parts and cost and included one quote for the service call, part, and labor, which was also very reasonable. Highly recommended company for all around great service.

Master Service technician was great! Installed new system and showed me how to set the digital thermostat and how to blow out clogs in the drain line. He was very helpful and kind when answering my questions. I definitely recommend them.

We have always had great service with Master Service and this time was no exception! Mike did a fantastic job explaining everything and he did a great job servicing our ac unit. I also appreciate when I call Master Service the truck that shows up clearly says Master Service, not some 3rd party contractor. His company and name was clearly visible on his uniform. Had all old HVAC equipment replaced with all new. Master Service is family owned. Met with the owner, Steve, several times before awarding bid. The conversations and bid process were never rushed. Installation, by Josh and Julio, was methodical, thorough, professional and done with a sense of pride. Owner personally reviewed completion and start-up and made one adjustment at my request which i suspect most companies would have said no that everything was working fine. I now have cool, clean, refreshing air and should have for years to come. Job well done.

I highly recommend Master Service! From my first call in, to the Service Technician they sent out (Justin), this was by far the best homeowners service experience I have had!

I received a call an hour before the tech arrived, as well as when he was on his way. He was professional and well-spoken, and wasted no time in finding the solution. Other companies have tried to overcharge, but Master Service was fair and thorough.

We first spoke with Tim who gave us our estimate for both furnace and a/c, we found his to be the best out of 3 places, then Julio and Josh came by brought in everything and had everything completed and working in hours! We will recommend this company to any who ask! Super nice, accommodating, and courteous!

I have been using Master Service for a number of years now, they installed my heat/air unit and provide ongoing maintenance. They are exceptional in every way. I called yesterday (Debbie is awesome) because some of the rooms in my home weren't as cool as others (air was barely flowing through vents) and Steve came out this morning (fast!) and discovered the problem immediately. He fixed it quickly and I was very happy with the price. I would not use anyone else but Master Service. Highly recommend!

This is a great company with great people from the owner, Steve, to the salesman Tim to the installers Josh and Julio. I met Steve at the home and garden show and asked him a few question about Heat-AC units and he was very helpful. He even gave me some advice on which units he suggest and didn’t try to up sale me, he even said not to waste my money on super high SEER units for this area. And that’s what sold me on them. So I had them come out and give me a bid on replace 2 complete systems and installation of another in my detached garage. Tim, the salesman, was very easy to work with, took time to explain and educate me on several things and gave me a VERY competitive bid, lower than I expected. I told them they won my business on Monday and they were there the next Monday doing the job (I figured it would be a few weeks). He was involved and kept in touch throughout the installation. Both the installers, Josh and Julio, were awesome and very professional. This was a big job and they worked their butts off. They were very courteous and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house and shop when I had to run errands. They didn’t cut corners and did a great job. So if your looking for a good company to help you out with your heat and AC needs, these are your guys and I recommend them very highly.
