Chill Out is amazing!!!! My air went out and I called on a Saturday morning. The professionalism started immediately when I called. They answered promptly and informed me of pricing upfront, they were able to send a tech to me immediately. The tech (Brandon) called me personally to share his ETA and started troubleshooting immediately as well. He was able to get some parts covered by the warranty and called multiple vendors to obtain parts right away. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely use them exclusively for all of my needs.

I called Chill Out Heating & Cooling because my elderly parents did not have any heat. I spoke with Leonard and he said that he was finishing up a job and would go right over to their house. Upon arriving there he discovered that their heating system and theromstat was in good condition, also that the theromstat was turned to cooling and fan not heat. He turned there thermostat to the right mode and did not charge them for his time which he could have. My family is so greatful and thankful to Leonard and will be calling him again! Good Honest Service!
