Woke up to a warm house in the middle of the night after 4th of July called Sean at Wrights heat,air & refrigerant and they had me up and running again before noon. They also went the extra mile and fixed a mistake made by a previous hvac service company thanks again for your help

My family has used this company for over 20 years... We have had a lot of work done by them and all has been excellent quality! Would recommend them to anyone. If you want quality work from an honest company then Wrights is the place!

My ac went out overnight and my longtime, go to repairman, had retired. He recommended Shawn at Wrights, so I called early in the morning, explained my situation and my availability to meet someone. Shawn needed to check the schedule and he got right back with me and said he could send someone now if I could meet. Sky called on his way in, had me do a few things for analysis so when he got there he had an idea what he was looking at. He explained the standard costs, what he thought it would be for this job so that before starting any work to make sure I understood what he’d be doing and estimated cost. Very thorough and professional the entire time. Took pictures pre and post work, showed me what he’d done. Got it fixed quickly and at a good price. I also made my meeting in time. Very pleased all the way around.

So just had a full system replaced in my home. As a Stationary engineer I'll have to say Josh was amazing with information and follow through with the installation, the install crew was awesome! Not only did they do an amazing job they kept the mess to a minimum and we're curtios even after crawling around in an attic .. Big shout out to you folks , job well done and thank you so much for getting me a system I can now trust.

We took advantage of the annual maintenance plan and they were wonderful!! Called me right away to schedule our first appointment within 2 days, were promt, very efficient and thorough!! Very impressive....Would HIGHLY recommend Wright's to everyone!

Had an outdated system that needed replacing, no idea where to start. Got a couple quotes (that were all very professionally presented and thorough) but didn’t feel right, thankfully got an additional quote from Wright and from the size of system, the upgrades optional and the ones necessary, and the transparency about products and brands used etc. Not only was their price more competitive, I felt I had the whole picture. Knowledgable sales, Josh answered all questions before during and after and maintained great communication and customer service. The crew that came out were awesome, Chris led an easy (for me lol) and can’t say enough about Gene and the others being polite and considerate while I was working from home and keeping my doors and gates shut and being cognizant of my two dogs. Have already recommended them to others! If you’re reading reviews because you’re on the fence, give Josh a call you’ll be glad you did 🙂

From when they gave me the quote, I knew I was gonna use them. They have very good rates. And they have a better warranty than the majority of other HVAC companies in the area. They showed up prompt on time and professional got the complete system. Installed within two days on a new build. I only gave him five stars because I couldn’t give them 10. Would definitely recommend Wright for all your HVAC needs.

Levi from Dowd heat and Air performed maintenance on my AC Units. He was very knowledgeable, great customer service. I had gotten several recommendations on this company and they definitely take care of their customer. The ladies in the office were excellent in making sure everything was right and my appointment was on time. They are excellent, thank you Dowd.

I called them out for an ac unit in attic that was leaking condensation. They arrived on time, and got the job done quick. Tech was kind and thorough. I will be using them again

Working with Dowd was a great experience! Having a real person contact me for schedule updates/changes and text notifications that let me know when my service technician was scheduled made working with Dowd a breeze. Excellent service. All issues were quickly and completely resolved. I highly recommend Dowd for HVAC maintenance and repair.

So, my last HVAC unit betrayed me and expired after only 32 years of service.

I called my trusty HVAC guy, but he's retired on me. He said he'd worked for Dowd for 7 years before he went out on his own, and he could vouch for them. That was good enough for me.

I called them in the middle of the afternoon, they had a guy out first thing the next morning. After he pronounced my old HVAC dead, they had an estimate to me in a few hours. I Googled the unit they specced and found their estimate to be slightly below average.

I called my retired HVAC guy who said it was a fair price.

I called Terry and discussed the install. He said he'd throw in a couple of small repairs that needed to be made to the existing drain lines on the evaporator and seal off where the electrical and refrigerant lines run under the house and a new pan for the condenser and slab for the unit.

Two of his guys came out the next day and installed the unit. They were friendly, the work was very professionally done, they cleaned everything up after they finished and they didn't get too upset when my dog chased them up the tree.

I'm very pleased and recommend them highly.

This is the best HVAC company I have found. They found 2 burned wires on 1 A/C unit that the other HVAC company didn't tighten the screw down when installed new. The other unit was 3 pounds low of freon & again the other HVAC company didn't fill it up when installed new. I've been through over a dozen different HVAC companies through the years & this one is honest. I highly recommend them.

Cavet Bright, the Dowd tech, was on time, courteous and expert. We were facing a polar intrusion w no heat and he replaced the motor in our furnace. We are very pleased and warm. Price was less than we expected. Dowd has our unqualified recommendation.

It was difficult to diagnose because it would work sometimes and not others. They found the issue and fixed it.

Family run, Honest, hardworking and found an affordable way to fix my unit! He actually had to fix what a Handyman had done that could’ve destroyed my whole entire unit. $200 verse thousands! Thank you Dowd Heating and Air 🦋

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys. We had scheduled an appointment with another well known HVAC/plumbing company in the Tulsa areas. They came out and assessed our unit. Said needed 3 lbs of Freon. Okay no problem. Until they said it was $287/lb. Excuse me? $900 for 3 lbs! Nope.
We immediately called Howd! Told them about the situation and our quoted from price. Took general information and while booking got a text they would be there in about an hour!! What!! Yes that’s right. Regina was great.
Then fun part. Terry comes out. Assesses the unit. Says same thing other company said. Okay. It needs almost 3 lbs. Perfect. Expected that. What I didn’t expect. The kicker!!!! It’s $5/oz? Yes that’s right. $80/lb. Not $287.
So while filling and testing one unit decided to clean the coils. On both unit!! That’s right!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!! WAYYYY BEYOND! UNEXPECTED!!! No one does that anymore. But this company did!! Cleaned both units coils. Checked and cleaned drain and filled 3 lbs.
The PART BEST FOR ME. All this was ONLY $319! TOTAL!! OUTSTANDING!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

They were able to come out same day. Very thankful it wasn’t an emergency. I appreciate their movement with alacrity and purpose to complete the job.

Dowd rep came and reviewed it work I needed and after NEVER provided a quote - nada, nothing, not another word.
