Simply AWESOME!! I have used this company a couple of times and each time I'm so impressed with the professionalism and politness of the technician. I won't be using or recommending any other company for my heating and air needs. If you haven't already, definitely give Chill Out a try.

Chill out heating and cooling has came and understood the assignment they got me right we’ve been put through loops for 4 months now and as soon as I got in touch with them they got right out here got my part and Gene got it done he not only understood the assignment he came out and gave great customer service and got me back up and running I can’t thank them enough for there services and customer 10/10 must recommend !!!!

I won't lie—Chill Out wasn't my first choice when my AC unit began to fail, and I regret that decision. I initially contacted a company I thought I could trust, only to discover they charged me for a service call and simply said I needed a new unit. After being advised to seek a second opinion, I reached out to Chill Out, which came highly recommended.

From the start, their service was prompt and honest. They identified what the previous company overlooked: my furnace filter, which clearly needed replacement. They charged my unit and assured me I would be fine for the remainder of the summer. They also explained that we could discuss replacement options when it was truly necessary.

I had a Great Experience with Chill Out Heating and Cooling! Leonard and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently and the system is running perfectly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend their services.

After coming home from vacation, we found that our furnace was not working. I contacted Leonard first thing in the morning and he was able to squeeze us in his schedule and had our furnace back running within a few hours of me contacting him. He explained the issue with our furnace and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with the cost of the repair. I’m so grateful that he helped us so quickly, especially with a cold front coming soon. I highly recommend Chill Out Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC services.

Needed to get our HVAC systems replaced and Chill Out did an amazing job. Jeremiah was the tech and let me tell ya he is very meticulous about his work and went above and beyond. I wish I had taken before pics so you could see the hot mess they replaced. Highly recommended them!

Anytime I’ve had issues with our AC Wright has been there quickly, one time on a holiday weekend the owner personally came out and got us back up and running. You don’t forget service like that!!!

Best customer service in the business. I called around to several HVAC-R places for a for a package unit and prices were all extremely high. The sales rep quoted me a price that was so great you couldn't beat it with a stick, even if I showed you how. The tech's came out out and got me taken care of and I was super impressed with how professional this company is. The technician was very courteous when providing me an quote. My interaction with him was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, came when they said they would and explained everything to me. They were very clear and gave me options and suggestions for the future health of my system. Will definitely use again.
