Just bought the house a year ago so shocked at what they uncovered.... knew what the issue was within minutes and fixed it within an hour... absolutely amazing experience and affordable. Would highly recommend!!!

Cody is an honest and reliable . We had used him for repair but when we knew a new unit was needed he was our first call . His team did an amazing job ! They were friendly and even played with my crazy dog 😊They even poured concrete to make our pad big enough for the new unit !
This unit is huge and now very quite ! I am extremely please! You will never go wrong hiring this company ! We even have our puppies prints for life too which I love ❤️

Woke up this past Saturday freezing, heater was out and house was 50 degrees. Reached out to Infinity and had Cody at my house within a couple of hours. His professionalism was second to none and he had my family back in a warm house within an hour. Will be using them for all of my home services from now on.

We bought our house and had 1 of the HVAC units break and was too old to get parts for. Had Infinity and 1 other place come and give a bid to replace the furnace and heat pump. We chose Infinity because we felt like they actually cared about us. During the install they worked their tails off! My wife felt very comfortable around Cody and Chris without me being home. They had to come back to finish the install, it happened to be a Saturday and they made sure they got everything running the way it was supposed to! We will DEFINITELY be having them come back when its time to do the other one! Cody and crew are definitely trustworthy and GOOD people!

I had a great experience with Infinity Home Services while getting my house ready to sell. They were professional, reliable, and incredibly thorough. From the roof inspection,to HVAC Tune-up to make sure we’re in tip top shape, down to small floor repairs, paint touch ups, etc. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They helped take a lot of stress off my plate during a very busy time and made sure everything looked clean, functional, and market-ready. Communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my family, friends, or colleauges.

Zack and Brandon did a great job, arrived on time for each appt. and completed the job, explained how system works, tested the unit for heat working. Eli did a great job getting the Cottonwood tree cotton out of our air conditioner. Also found we were a little low on coolant.

Eli was polite and punctual. He gave me great suggestions.

Kevin was not only professional and informative, but was a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the issue promptly and repaired it quickly. This is the second time Kevin has been out for an issue with one of our units. I appreciate that he addresses the issue honestly and does not try to make it a bigger, more costly repair.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They spent a long time locating the problem but just charged the trip fee. Then they spent an entire day making the repair (after I approved the amount). I felt very comfortable with them in my home and would not hesitate to recommend them. Very pleased and will definitely use in the future.

These folks have the one thing that is lacking today, “great customer service”. It began with Tiffany who took my initial call and let me ramble on about what I needed, then scheduled me within a few hours, all with a smile in her voice. Then Kevin, a seasoned pro, came out and looked at my 20+ year old equipment and listened to what I needed. He listened and didn’t try to upsell me on something that was more than I’d use. I bid four companies and they were right there with the most reasonable price. Finally, when the owner comes out to inspect his guys work and wants to personally thank you for choosing them and asks if everything is meeting my expectations, that seals it. They have earned my business for life.

The service techs were great. I have two young boys at home that ask them a ton of questions and they were so accommodating while performing their work. My wife has a high standard, and she complimented how professional and efficient they were. 10/10 appreciate the crew and will definitely do business again

Kevin Patton is wonderful! He came out and was able to get our A/C issues figured out after multiple attempts to try and solve them. Would recommend this company. Everyone who works there is so kind and wonderful!

I have used TemperaturePro for the past few years, and they have done a great job every time. They responded quickly when I called them yesterday and got an appointment set up when our AC unit went down. Kevin came out today and quickly identified the part that needed to be replaced in order to get it blowing cold air again. He quoted a good price and repaired it swiftly, about a 40 minute visit altogether. I will definitely continue calling them for future HVAC matters!

Kevin showed up early for our appointment which is always a win when it’s 100 degrees outside and your AC unit isn’t keeping up. He was professional, explained clearly what our issue was, and had a solution that worked perfectly for our family. He even offered up some additional advice that will help us with upkeep between maintenance visits. Great experience!

I went inside QT to pay for my gas. I walked outside to pump my gas, and then realized my battery had died. Brandon saw me ask someone jumping cables and told me he can start my car. I asked if he had some cables and he said, "no, but I can start it". I'm unsure of what he used to start my car but it beyond quick. I'm grateful for him to even help me out but to do it so quickly is a reflection of the type of work he can provide.

Outstanding experience with Temperature Pro! Very good customer service and they were able to get a technician out within a hour of my initial call and he was able to fix the issue very quickly. We will definitely be using them (and specifically Kevin, the technician) again for any future issues! Can’t recommend Temperature Pro enough!
