My air conditioner quit cooling. I called frost air because they came recommended to me. Called the office at 11:00 in the morning and they came out same day, diagnosed the issue and installed the replacement part. Very professional the guys know what they are doing. You won’t be disappointed. Excellent on all levels.

Blaine did a seasonal check up for me on my a/c unit; he also changed out my a/c filter. Very nice young man, prompt and polite. Would definitely recommend Frost Air Services to my family and friends. Blaine was also able to renew my maintenance contract for me.

This is one of the best companies I have dealt with. They were able to get me on their schedule the same day I called, even though it was extremely busy due to the abnormally high temperatures. They were on time, professional, courteous and efficient. Sean quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my ac unit. Going forward, they will be my first call if/when I am in need of ac/heat related services.

Cody was very professional. After another company told us we needed a $9000 compressor. The compressor was in fact NOT bad and was able to be repaired for under $300. Fast response, professional and reliable.

Love Frost Air Services!! We’ve had a couple of emergencies of our AC acting up and Frost was quick to respond and save the day. He didn’t leave until the job was done. When he did leave, he came back promptly with the new thermostat that we needed for our home; installed it and made sure it was working and that we understood how to use it. Highly recommend!

If we could give this business 6 stars, we would. We have found our permanent heat and air company! A little more of a local business, that has that small town charm feeling (which is something that is becoming harder and harder to find these days).

After having THREE different hvac companies come out, this is by far the best around! Initially, we just thought it was a catchy business name (frost/cool air)…. turns out Frost is the owner’s last name. He did not push us to give a review. It was something we felt compelled to do because of his prompt arrival, professionalism, quality of service and fair prices. It looks to me like all of his outstanding reviews are legitimate and due to him being such a wonderful local business.

Had an electrical fire in the heating unit of my rental house unit. Contacted Frost for a quote. Attempted regular financing of a new unit before turning the claim into insurance. Frost was willing to work with my insurance and installed yesterday. Fast, punctual, professional and reliable service. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys are great. I had a tech come out from a different company to my home for maintenance and inspection to find out that everything looked “fine”. After spending $200 with a different company I called frost to see if they could fix the issue. Right off the bat they knew what was wrong and how to fix it. I will recommend these guys a hundred time over. I will definitely be using their services from now on.

Great team! Quick service, was easy to get on their schedule. They respected our home and cleaned up after. We needed our ducts cleaned and it took about 1 hour and a half (like Cody said it would). Cost was about 400 but that was expected. Also veteran friendly company!

Cody Frost at Frost Air Services came highly recommended to us by our roofer. Our AC unit's compressor had failed in summer. Cody responded quickly (same day), and came with everything he needed. He even went above and beyond by showing us an additional problem we hadn't called him out to fix, told me where to get the parts, and how to fix it. I share that because he could have tried to upsell us, but didn't. I will gladly give him future business after customer service like that. We have used Frost services several times now for multiple properties and multiple HVAC services, including emergency repairs and standard inspections.

They are super responsive to calls for service and are always able to get to us quickly! This time, we called during a holiday weekend. They were still able to help us out first thing the next morning, and Cody saved our day in the middle of a cold snap.

Cody did a great job explaining the issue and fixes to us in laymans terms, and we felt very happy and comfortable to have us in our home.

Cody was able to diagnose, assess and fix our HVAC issue in under 30 minutes, and got our home heated again for New Years Day. Thank you, Cody!

I wanted a more “local” feel for my AC servicing so I booked online with Frost Air Service. I got a phone call immediately and their tech arrived exactly when they said he would. Blaine the tech was a real nice and knowledgeable guy working on my ancient AC. I didn’t get any pressure or upsell which means I’m more likely to buy from them. I paid a fair price for fair and honest work.

Excellent service! We couldn’t be happier. Selling our home and inspector found low differential on AC. Frost Air already had a great reputation in our community. Cody first replaced our fan motor when the AC went out in the middle of the night and the baby wouldn’t sleep with the heat. He has since been back to repair some other parts of our system and has offered quality service at a fair price. He has always been so helpful and so friendly. He’s now our go-to for any future issues down the road.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed in a home I am renovating and hired Frost Air Services to do the job. Cody (super polite gentleman)delivered the best bid and sent several options. The work was done efficiently and properly . The people were very respectful of myself and my belongings really great customer service. He was available to take my calls anytime I had a question. He even went out of his way to haul the old system off (wasn't included in bid). With the removal of the old system and install of the new it took about 3 days from start to finish . I would definitely use Frost Air Services again in the future.
