Michael was here today to complete an inspection of my plumbing & tankless water heater. He provided a very thorough inspection & reviewed with me his findings & recommendations. I've had several good interactions with Quality. Most recently electrician Nate came out and evaluated our system. I appreciated knowing we were safe and he gave a super reasonable estimate for anything we might need done. I will definitely continue to work with this company.

Called them on a Saturday and they showed up 30-40 min later..Jeremy did a wonderful job..very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.
Took him less than 1hr to do everything.
And informed me if any trouble with his work ..call them back and they will fix at no charge.
I definitely will be using them again..

I want to acknowledge Nate for mopping up some messes from the electrical division. He’s professional, knowledgeable and better organizational and communication skills than anyone I’ve dealt with in the electrical division. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Nate, an exemplary employee. While I’m here. I had my first relation with the plumbing division of Quality in July. Jeremy showed up from 60 miles away to my elderly parents home on a Sunday afternoon for a sewage backup. Not only did he fix the problem, he gave us ways to minimize the cost for an elderly couple on a fixed income. My 2nd experience was when my basement flooded and I needed a new hot water heater. Same customer service. Jeremy once again inspected and tried an alternative that wasn’t viable but, by enrolling in their maintenance plan, was once again able to save me money. The installation crew was professional and made exceptional efforts to clean up after themselves and have a minimal intrusion on our day. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the plumbing division has been personable, professional and knowledgeable, and I expect to be depending on Quality for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Remington was respectful, kind, and explained everything really well. He made sure I was comfortable with what he was telling me, and got information to me as quickly as he could. I appreciated his time and efforts to keep my house comfortable ready to go.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I have to admit… I run a commercial cleaning company, but even with the help of YouTube university, I could not figure out my heater problem. I called Quality and there was someone, literally, at my house within three hours to diagnose a problem! (even in the midst of the city, recovering from a major snowstorm ).Cody B was the Tech and was one of the kindest most professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Can’t recommend quality high enough!

Our furnace quit working just as we are expecting frigid temperatures and a significant snowfall tonight. Ryan got here about an hour after my call to Quality Heat &Air. He was very professional and a pleasure to visit with. He got our furnace back up and running in no time. I would recommend you to any of my friends and neighbors! We were so impressed with the service that we signed up for the maintenance membership.

We needed quick assistance on a cold snowy day because our newer tankless water heater had frozen. We were not aware this was a risk . Jeremy R. Did a great job for us taking time to explain why this happened and informed us about what we need to do in the future . He was friendly helpful and informative . We plan to ask for him going forward . His visit restored our hope too we can still benefit from the new tankless heater with some options to consider like taking advantage of the smart feature or considering some possible enhancements .

Amy did a wonderful job inspecting everything. She was thorough and took the time to explain everything so we understood. I appreciate how friendly, thoughtful and helpful she was each time she explained something new or different that we should keep an eye on. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding while explaining to both my husband and me.

Jeremy, Nate and Ryan all did outstanding work. Nate and Ryan were very detailed in their evaluations. Jeremy is still working the water heater issue and will hopefully be resolved soon.

Amy came out to look at my furnace. I have a very old unit that is in need of replacing. She was able to get the heater back up and going and explained everything of what was going on. She did a thorough inspection of the full unit and showed me several options that I could go with. She knew everything of what she was talking about and was very friendly. Have an appointment tomorrow for them to come out about replacing my whole entire unit. This is my second experience with this company and they are great
