We have been so happy with Quality Heating and Plumbing. We had a plumbing emergency and from the person who answered the phones to the people who came and worked on our plumbing, everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. What’s even better is the problem ended up being not as extensive as originally thought and came out as HALF the quoted price. They could have easily duped me into thinking they had done more than they did but they were honest. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Hunter was professional and communicative on his ETA and scope of work. Answered all questions I had, and recommended technicians in house to do additional work i requested (this was convenient). One of the big things is Hunter provided me two avenues to fix my HVAC issue. This wasnt just a housecall by a company to rack up charges. I feel like I got a lot of value, and came in under budget. 10/10 will call again. Price i paid reflects other repairs done by same company.

Addendum: Michael (plumbing for quality) showed up same- day, addressed issue, gave me info I requested about water treating systems.

Addendum #2: Billy and Josh cleaned out my heating vents. Thorough doesn't begin to cover the service. The trap they found in the old vents from previous tenants...wow. Everyone from quality has been top notch service oriented. Call these people. You will not regret it.

Charged me 300 dollars to replace a door switch in 2024 because my furnace had stopped working. Now 2025 the furnace stopped working again so I looked inside the unit and instead of a new switch they had wrapped the old one with electrical tape. Tried calling three times and they say they will have someone reach out to me but never do. As you can see from the pic to take of this switch would be a lot of work because of the pipe in front of the door so I suppose they didn’t want to go through all that. Lazy, unprofessional
and shady!

We had a new high efficiency unit installed a few months ago, and the experience was great! Recently the thermostat was acting up, and Dillon H came out and tested everything, which resulted in the new thermostat needing to be replaced. I believe Juan was the one who installed it. Both young men were great! Today Tyler G came to do the 6 mo maintenance on the new system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. All of the techs we have worked with, from installation to service have been exceptional. You can tell they love their jobs and that Quality values their employees!

Juan was great! He kept me informed as to what he was doing, what he was learning about my issue and offered follow up support options. I'll work your maintenance plan into my budget and was glad his efforts resulted in a quick solution.

Kitchen sink clogged past the P Trap. Quick scheduling. Everyone including my tech Skyler M were super nice and knowledgeable. Prompt fix. Option on replacement because of small leak, but not pushy. Sold me on their yearly plan so I can get my AC tuned up a couple times a year, free service calls, discounts on repair and more. Seemed like a good deal for only a fraction more than the standard call-out minimum. Will be my go to again.

We had four outlets out in our home, two in our bedroom and two in two separate bathrooms, I had called out one company first, but when it came time for the work, they kept coming hours after our appointed time and we had to keep rescheduling. We had enough and decided to call Quality for a second opinion, and it shows you just how the good Lord works, not only did the tech, Nate show up on time, he was able to evaluate our problem and quote us a price that saved us $1000 from the other company!! Nate was very informative, friendly, and answered all my petty questions without complaint. It took him just under 2 1/2 hours to diagnose the problem and fix it. I can say very happily, we are now quality members, thanks to Nate and his ethical and friendly attitude and behavior.

Thayvein and Austin did a great job. Clean and professional. Third time using Quality and have been very satisfied with all their work. They have done both residential and business for me and since it never fails that something goes wrong on weekends they have been there. I know they are very fair priced as I have used others in the past. Give them a call!!

Outstanding service today! Nate was extremely thorough during his inspection of our electrical system and took the time to clearly answer every question we had. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who is both so skilled and so willing to make sure the customer fully understands everything. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him.

Simply said, FANTASTIC! We were scheduled for routine maintenance for Hvac and plumbing according to our service plan. Chris came out for Hvac and was great explaining everything. We purchased a "Scrubber" for medical reasons and actually for the cleanest environment our house has ever had and are so happy with the results! Michael was here for the Plumbing aspect and again was the BEST! We are extremely happy with the job and personel and recommend "QUALITY" for everyone! Professionals and great Personalities make us happy and comfortable with this company!

I was disappointed with this experience. This was my first time using this company, as I was giving them a try, and unfortunately it did not go well. The technician placed company stickers on my HVAC equipment at my rental property without my permission. Additionally, while they were there for routine cleaning and maintenance, my tenant was told the system is old and needs to be replaced and was presented with a very high replacement estimate. I did not request a replacement quote, and the unit is functioning properly.

Because of this experience, I will not be using them again. It’s frustrating to still see the stickers each time I access the attic or mechanical area. Please do not place marketing stickers on customers’ equipment without consent.

From the initial system check to reviewing options and completing the install, the team was communicative, professional and thorough. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and took extra time afterward to explain everything, setup the thermostat, help download the app, and make sure everything worked perfectly. I never felt pressured, overcharged, or left guessing. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. We will definitely use them again. Great team!

Dale and Serena are very knowledgeable my house was 96 degrees they came right out and fixed my unit. Dale will fix the unit instead of trying to upsale you, he is very honest and he has my business from here on out. Don’t pass this company up I can guarantee you will not find a more honest or knowledgeable hvac company
