Pro Thermal one of the best HVAC guys in Tulsa and the surrounding areas been apart of their yearly membership and it’s totally worth the yearly fee. I had Grant come out for the winter service he was a great tech very knowledgeable in HVAC took time to explain everything in detail for me to understand everything that is going on with my two furnace. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for HVAC work to be done on their home.

Grant Clark was very professional, personal and thorough in his contact with us. Superior in his knowledge, inspection, review and explanations. His review of our systems was extremely comprehensive and his explanation and options that were available to us. We are very pleased with his service.

I heard about the $88 special on KRMG which included an HVAC check and water heater drain. I left a message on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick callback to schedule for Monday. The morning of, I received a text with the technician’s info which included his picture. Curtis arrived right on time, was kind, professional, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly, spent hours carefully checking my system, and even took pictures to walk me through his findings in detail. He gave me pointers to help me reduce the strain on my unit, and wallet too. What I appreciated most was that he shared options without pushing me to spend thousands on a new system like the big names do!

When I told Curtis I’d like a quote for a new unit, he called right away to get it scheduled. David came that afternoon, also right on time. He too was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to evaluate my needs, explain how he calculated the right system size, and even shared a helpful weed control tip using Dawn, Epsom salt and water! He patiently answered all my questions, showed pictures, and provided options to help save money!

From start to finish, ProThermal provided top-notch service, honesty, and knowledge.it was very apparent they knew their field and options to help, not hurt, your wallet while keeping your family comfortable and safe! Highly recommended!!

These guys did an excellent job. Paul, the owner is very respectful and thorough. His team Tristan, Dalton, Braeden, and Tyler were all so careful, polite, and hardworking. They were very respectful of our property, and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside of our home each day they were here. The owner came back out the day after the job was done to inspect their work and make sure we were happy with the job and our new system. We were very impressed with this company and know that we made the best choice by going with them. They really go above and beyond. Great company! We would highly recommend them.

From the very start Paul made me feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and catered to my needs. The techs were great especially Josh and Tristan, both very thorough and meticulous.

We had a tune up for our AC units and we were very pleased with the service. Our service technician, Grant was very knowledgeable and explained things well. We will definitely be using Pro Thermal in the future!

Curtis recently serviced my HVAC system and he did a great job. He is very kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to review what was found during his analysis. I also had my water heater serviced during the same visit by Nathan, who was fantastic. Nathan was also very kind and knowledgeable, and even took the time to look at an unrelated plumbing issue that I was having and provided me with an easy fix that I could do myself. I would definitely recommend Pro Thermal to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing service.

Grant was my technician and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most professional people I have ever had in my home to do anything. It was clearly obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was great at explaining things without talking over my head without using a bunch of technical terms that I wouldn't understand just to impress me. Simply put he was a super nice guy, clean cut in his appearance and very professional in every respect. I have not experienced such an educational yet hospitable HVAC experience before. Daniel was professional, thorough, detailed, patient, honest and compassionate in answering questions as well as providing me with information to help me make an informed decision on best next steps for my family and home. I’d prefer Daniel to be my
go-to HVAC guy if I have problems and he’ll be my first referral should anyone need HVAC help.

We had a MUCH needed inspection, our home is roughly 15 years old and we want to be prepared. Curtis was exceptionally detailed, capture pictures for us to see what he was referring to, and he was professional. Shortly after he left the company text us to assure we had exceptional service. Prothermal came right out for our annual inspection and was so incredibly thorough. Grant was awesome and found several issues that had been missed before. He was friendly, courteous, and left everything in perfect order, fixing everything he could today and setting a prompt appointment to finish the rest soon. . Paul Berry, the service manager, was professional, straightforward, and honest in presenting options for repairs and a new system. This made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Both took the time to explain each and every step and not assume I knew anything about HVAC. Their recommendations were extremely helpful for me to make a good decision.

Daniel was great and a super nice guy. However, the price quoted by the manager (he called him) to fix a 17” long 1/2 pipe fire starter was 850. 850 for a piece of pipe ?about $20 online) and labor to install it (screw it in) is crazy. No need to access inside the wall to repair

With late notice ACS was able to fit me into their technician's (by the name of Will) schedule. Will gave me ample heads-up before he arrived, listened to all of my issues and quickly & efficiently diagnosed the issue. I knew Air Comfort Solutions was going to act quickly to help me, thats why I called them & only them.

Aiden was so sweet and very informative. He let us know each step and why, even took the time to show us what was wrong and went over in detail all the options available for a fix. Got the job done same day so that's a win in my book!

Nathan called me ahead of time as I was told. I explained the problem of lack of cooling and after examining the system eh informed
Me it was a capacitor problem and proceeded to put a new one in. We went to the affected room and he verified the cooler air. We discussed the heating maintenance program options and costs. I told him I couldn’t choose now but I would tal with my mother (it is her house) and she is in the hospital and would let him know later.
Overall, I thought it was a.very good and I was impressed with his competence and his ability to fix the problem quickly.

Jarrett was great. He was thorough, polite, and explained things very well. So his part would have been a 5 star. However, Air Comfort itself could do abetter job of timely doing the semi-annual inspections. They texted me in early September do to the annual A/C maintenance which is well after the heavy use period. Also, although their repair prices are normally reasonable compared to others, Jarrett recommended that the condensation pan be treated due to "growth" of I presume algae that would clog up the drain. So I Agreed to pay the $89 fee to be safe. Then watched him open the front and drop a tablet in on the condenser pan and then close it up. Literally 4 to 5 minutes. So not only was price unreasonable compared to effort, but to make it worse, he could have just dropped the tablet in while performing the maintenance work for merely the cost of the tablet. Don't you think?

Had a very good experience with this company we hired to replace our existing HVAC system. They answered all our questions so we could pick the best unit for us. No pressure from the salesperson. Installers were fast, efficient & very clean. They took the time to explain everything to us, including how to use the new thermostat.
