If I could give less stars I would. The person they sent out was rude and condescending! Tried charging my landlord over $900 for a simple igniter replacement! Had replaced the air filter before even calling the landlord and then took the new filter with him leaving no filter, after removing the brand new one we had in there that was an inch to short saying the filter was the main problem and now the whole system needed cleaned along with replacing the igniter as that was the whole problem. So glad our landlord seen through the scam and sent a better company out that actually fixed the problem! Not only did the other company charge a 1/4 of the price but made us feel like we weren’t being talked down too!

Thank goodness for this company!! We originally had another company come out twice (first time to clear a blockage in lines and second time to fix the same problem about 3 days later). Needless to say second go around I was told they had been at my house for an hour and knows there is a blockage somewhere in house but he has done all he can do and left. After spending how much money we called Air Comfort Solutions and they came out same day were here less than an hour………drains are free and clear!!! I would recommend anyone to use this company!!

Erich was great! ACS came out same day I called, found the solution right away. Very polite & efficient. Explained the issue to me very comprehensively. Will continue to use this excellent company!

I was extremely pleased with the service. I called at 7:00 pm the night before and they were here before 9:00 am the next morning. They were very polite and they diagnosed the problem right away.

The entire experience with Air Comfort Solutions was great. Mark Davis was the sales representative who was very knowledgeable about the Trane units we elected to purchase. No pressure at all. Mark’s expertise with HVAC systems was very valuable. Jeff Mooney was the lead technician installing the three units. I can honestly say he is a tribute to the company with his obvious expertise with his craft and his helper was outstanding as well. Jorge did the install of the water heater and he is also a credit to the company. All in all we were completely satisfied with the service from start to finish!!

The young man who serviced my units was named Christian Miller. Want everyone to know he did an excellent job.He checked out both my a/c and heating units in a very timely and professional manner. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly young man and I appreciate all that he did. He is also a pet friendly kind of guy and my dog took to him immediately. I would recommend ACS and Christian miller to anyone looking to get their a/c-heating units checked out and serviced.

Caleb is extremely professional and communicates clearly in a way that’s easy to understand. He takes the time to explain not only the problem but also the next steps and solutions. He’s always patient and willing to answer any questions. Caleb makes sure every job is completed to the highest standard before he leaves, and if a return visit is needed, he continues the work with the same level of care and thoroughness. Highly recommend!

It has been 10 months since they in stalled my generator. They started on it Nov. Of 2024 and didnt finish it untill Feb. It works fine but the gas line looks like a 12 year old installed it. The first time they installed it it looked nice and pretty. Unfortunately when the city inspector came to look at it, he noticed that a regulator and shutoff valve was not installed. So they came out and installed the missing parts and now it just looks bad. So I get a text from someone named Megan asking when they could come out to get it reinspected. I texted back letting her know how bad the install was. And i haven't heard from them since. Even if I overlooked the excessive gas line above the ground it still wouldn't meet code because the gas shutoff valve has to be 6 inches from the regulator according to the city inspector that came out the first time . And this is clearly not. But the generator does work fine. It's just so unsightly to see. Everyone that came to my house was nice and courteous but the gas line work they did was subpar. This product retails for around $6k. I paid $16k for the generator and installation. Now just ask yourself while looking at the pictures, is this installation worth $10,000?

Daniel was fantastic. He came on time to the house and brought this contraption that unclogged my shower drain it was done in five minutes. I got charged $99 which was very reasonable. I called multiple other places and none of the competitors would not give me a price other than a service call and could not give me an estimate at all for any work done. I needed an idea of pricing so that I would have the funds needed to complete the job.

Chris came to fix my AC that wasn’t blowing cool air and quickly diagnosed a faulty contactor, which he replaced efficiently. His passion for his work and pride in Air Comfort Solutions really showed. He’s skilled, friendly, and a pleasure to talk with.
The pricing was fair, with the service and diagnostic fees clearly separate, which I appreciated. Chris also went above and beyond by giving me a quote for a future condenser fan motor replacement, showing his honesty and care.
Thanks to Chris, my AC is working perfectly again. I highly recommend him for anyone needing expert and trustworthy HVAC service! -
Stephen did a great job but didn't check the ac and has refused to advise me of how much he charged on my card. I think we need to cancel the plummer's tomorrow. If this is the way you do business and treat your customers. A elderly disabled veteran of all things.

When this company changed ownership, the cost to install a faucet, that we already had, went from $400 (which I thought a bit excessive) to $900 (which I thought outrageous). We paid for two check ups a year and sometimes got none. However, they didn't bother to refund out money until I raised a stink. Not a company who values their customers which is why I have cancelled all contracts with them. I deserve, and expect, better treatment.

Alex was amazing! I would give more stars if possible! He is very passionate about his work and the company.
Would definitely use them again.
Highly recommend! -
I would not recommend this co they installed my unit and 11 yrs later they want me to buy another u it for something they did. They installed my unit and put the wires right next to cooper line which burnt a hole in copper and I lost all my Freon which is very expensive the sent a repairman out who should have not been driving let alone out with customers and what’s worse is they knew he had problems. They have not been very honest and have over charged for their service. I saved over 500 by going with another co who was honest. Again check into this co they are smooth talkers and really didn’t care about us only the money I was told I would get my money back but never did.

On time for appointment. Diligent with inspection. Reviewed recommendations in detail and provided explanations of the need and priority.
I was happy to see the same technician Bryan. He is very professional. This also helps with building a relationship with the company and them to create accurate history with the systems in my home. -
Mr. Thomas was awesome. He wasn’t pushy, he was clearly knowledgeable of the heating and air systems and he gave very useful information. He just about sold me on a new heating and air system. I would recommend him to anyone.
Thank you.
Also, there were no up charges. My husband loved that. The price that was quoted was the price charged. -
We had Mr. Alex Fuentes as our technician. Alex was prompt. Assessed our heating unit. And completed our service with accuracy. I recommend Mr. Fuentes from Air Comfort Solutions all the way. He is amazing!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give Zachary Canady, Mark Davis, Bobby Manzo, Jeff Mooney and the entire Air Comfort Solutions team six stars, I would. These guys secured stress free 0% interest financing and installed a water heater and entire heating and cooling system in the same amount of time it took me to put together a dining room table and let’s just say, they looked way less frustrated doing it than I did with my table.
They replaced my hot water heater in a flash and by the time I finally finished assembled a dining table, Jeff’s crew were practically wrapping up a full system install. They replaced my 45-year-old dinosaur of a unit (that qualified as my indoor and outdoor museums powered by hope and duct tape) with something so efficient and brought my house into this century.
Because I have been wanting a home backup generator I trusted them to go ahead and install a Generac as well. All financed in one easy 0% financing monthly payment.
Professional, friendly, and faster than my Wi-Fi on a good day. If you want it done right and faster than you can find the right screwdriver, call Air Comfort Solutions. -
Brycen was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company! Very affordable as well!

I'm writing this review for Air Comfort because they bought out Alert Plumbing and the men that arrived were driving an Air Comfort truck. I'm the owner and broker of Trinity Properties. I have used countless tradesmen in the Tulsa and OKC areas. On Friday when the winter storm was coming in, I discovered an issue in my basement with water backing up. An issue I had about a year and a half ago. I called Amber at Alert and specifically told her I need the tech to arrive with the large machine because I had a camera go down the line the last time. At that point it was explained to me that the line is not broken but has a belly at the end of it where it meets the main (I live in a 100yr old house) When the techs arrived Friday, I explained the history and one tech told me that he reviewed the history on my house as well. He proceeded to discuss lining the pipes and writing an estimate for that since we have had an issue. He said that they offer 0% financing. (It's important to know that somewhere on their end they had a terrible miscommunication because they had been reaching out to my tenant rather than me to come to the appointment, so the techs didn't arrive to my house until 6pm, on Friday...when the winter storm was coming in. Horrible timing. I have grace for the timing issue.) When the tech told me he wanted to sell me a liner I told him No that I just need the line cleared. I left him and his helper in the basement to do their work. A short time later my partner saw them leaving with some equipment and was told that they found the clog! It was at 89ft. Joel asked, how do you know it's exactly 89ft? Did you clear it? The tech said no...we put our $30k camera down there and can see it. He told him that he didn't have the machine to fix our problem but they can see it. That man showed up to my house on a Friday night, during a winter storm, after reviewing my file knowing he was coming as a salesman and not a technician to fix my clog. I was left in a massive dilemma, but I did have a $30,846 estimate for liner. Absolutely unethical. The intention for coming was never to fix the problem. I ended up calling a client who recently opened a new plumbing company. His guy came and cleared my line that night. It's so unfortunate that a company with a good reputation was acquired by a larger company that by all appearances on Google is a good company. But because I'm in real estate and I know what people are saying, when they see the Air Comfort vehicles, they cringe. If I was not in the business that I'm in, I would have been in so much trouble with the weather that arrived. It concerns me for people that aren't in the same position and don't have contacts for honest tradesmen. Plumbing is one of the trades that is so costly and one that people rely on. Most cannot do plumbing fixes on their own so they are at the mercy of these companies. And to have one operating like this is disgraceful.
