Sorry to keep you waiting, I’ve been waiting on the data. I wanted a full month of service for accuracy.
My HVAC system was 35yrs old and running good, it wasn’t broke down. It had a leak but I had sealed the system and evidently it was holding. The problem was what was coming down the road from 35yr old equipment, only a matter of time and I didn’t want to be without heat or air at the height of the season. The old system didn’t seem as efficient as it once was so in an effort to be proactive, I pulled the trigger.
I found a local company with 5 star reviews and veteran owned and I can appreciate that. What happened was I got better equipment professionally installed for just about the same money as the offbrand from the other guy, that didn’t have the five star review. American Home Pros also sealed the ductwork and worked with PSO for rebates, another win. So hold on I’m just getting started. I got my first full electric bill with the new equipment and the usage is almost half what it was this month last year. I didn’t go with generic equipment but I didn’t get the high end either. It’s a Lennox and uses the new refrigerant, so that’s good and also what helps is that duct sealing and the programmable thermostat that I can adjust on my phone or just ask Alexa and it uses less energy while I’m away and cools by the time I get back. Nice! Check out the efficiency, says I’m 49% more efficient than efficient homes the same size. This is my high electric bill for this year. What I’m saving more than pays for the system.

Realizing American Home Pros also does plumbing I called them out to replace a couple shut off valves and correct a dripping faucet.
Because I have an older home Cody found the outdated galvanized fittings were corroded and contaminating the supply which he addressed. Cody went above and beyond not only a clean install but quite possibly averting health issues and he got me signed up on a membership plan that absolutely gives peace of mind.

Shade and Jacob were here today and they did an amazing job. Part of our fence had to be taken down for the day and they stayed late to finish up the job tonight so that they could put the fence back up and finish up the work (they stayed late and it was cold!) so that our dogs could go out in the backyard. They were really hard-working and did a fantastic job. Great job!

Iv been using American Home Pro for a while now, Had Josh.C out on a service call this evening, hes a really cool and polite gentleman. He was able find some issues, walked me through it. Hopefully American Home Pro can get it fixed for me. I do recommend using them. Thanks Josh.

I would have paid over $600 for a 10 minute repair. So I chose to replace the part myself that is under warranty and not pay their service charge. I understand company needs to pay their bills and their service techs but I cannot afford to pay that price for a 10 minute job. Other than that the tech was great and overall I am very happy with them.

We used American Pros to replace the rusted pole that had snapped then re-attach a gas lamp. These guys gave me what I thought was a fair price and went beyond what I’d expected to make a same day repair. All I have left is to set the post in cement. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to those I know.

Ty and Hunter were very professional and thorough while cleaning our air ducts. They showed before and after photos of each system. There was no mess and they were finished in a couple of hours. Thanks again!

Caleb did an amazing job and got the issue with our AC unit fixed in record time. From the time we called in to the service tech, the customer service has been amazing. You got a new client. I’m looking forward to working together in the future but hopefully no AC issues for a while. If they do happen, I know who to call.

It all started when I had a tech come out and tune-up our AC/Heating system with the tune-up plan they offered. The tech discovered that the Heat Exchanger was cracked and leaking CO in to the house. A couple days later, we had Dylan from sales come accompanied by the Owner. 2 hours later and a great relationship with the company, we got our AC delivered and installed the very next day(it was quite extensive considering the vents got relocated to attic and all was done on New Years Eve). There were a few delays, problems on my side with the electrical, but they came and handled it for me and got it fixed.
Genuinely nice people that go the extra mile. I will not go anywhere else for my AC/Heating needs.
I highly recommend as they are not out to gouge the customer and they do genuinely care about each and every one of their customers.

They are a trustworthy service and they give consistent results, really enjoy the little information cards they send out prior to arriving about the technicians who will be Servicing.

I can not say enough about how helpful they were. I have dealt with a lot of home service professionals recently because I bought a 100 year old house. I have had to repair and replace many things.
