Found an online deal for an A/C tune up and was able to get a same day appointment. I should have asked what time frame the tech would arrive and how long it would take though. The appointment ran longer than I thought it would and I had to change plans.

Erich was friendly and knowledgeable. He called when he was on his way and provided an ETA. I also got an automated text and email for safety. He was very thorough with the tune up, provided before and after photos, and recommendations on how to keep my unit in the best condition.

I do wish when I said I was in a hurry and had to leave as he was wrapping up his report that we could’ve skipped past some of the details, but I understand it wasn’t his fault I didn’t clarify how long the appointment would take.
I left to do what I needed to do and when I came back 30 minutes later, he was still sitting outside my house, which was weird.

Initially had air assurance come out to diagnose our condensate drip problem. They incorrectly recommended a new drain pan to prevent condensate dripping into the plenum. Something wasn't adding up until innovative air pros came out to give a second opinion. Chris V was very thorough in finding and showing me the problem with the evaporator coil unit and presenting our options for repair.

We got a new hvac system and afterwards Chris came out to make sure we were happy with our new system and answer any questions. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We’d recommend him to anyone.

Just want to give a shout-out and big thumbs-up to Innovative Air Pros, Inc. in Jenks. We wanted an energy-efficient solution to getting heat/ac in an addition to the house; they came out, reviewed our wants and needs, and then suggested options and made recommendations. Once they arrived to do the job, the guys worked together like a well-oiled machine and they finished in less than a day! They also cleaned everything up before they left! Caleb, Piper, Kevin, Chris & Trendon – these guys are GREAT! And we are extremely happy with our new system! We’d be happy to work with them again.

American Home Pros is always professional, helpful and trustworthy. Jacob did an excellent job getting our leak stopped so we could enjoy the rest of our weekend.

Trevor was our guy!! He is kind, takes care of the problems and communicates. He explained everything very well. I appreciate his hard work in that hot attic today. Glad we signed up with y’all !!

We had our yearly A/C maintenance done with American Home Pros and our tech Tevor was extremely thorough and precise. He took his time to assess our system and the recommendations for repairs was sent via email within minutes. The customer service is excellent and they kept us updated with text messages to make sure all of our needs were met.
I highly recommend this company for all of you A/C needs.

Caleb with American Home Pros wss punctual, polite and communicated very well. He explained his troubleshooting process including why and what the results were. He was clear about my options and didn't pressure me into the most expensive option.

I love America home pros I’m so grateful for them. They got my AC working the same exact day. They came out a quick and timely manner. I would definitely recommend getting the membership. You get several benefits with it and Caleb is great. He definitely deserves a raise . I had a previous AC guy come out and work on my unit And he messed up my unit and would not return any of my calls so then I got in touch with American home pros and they resolved all of my problems. I would recommend American home pros to anybody and everybody thry are affordable And professional!

Caleb came pretty quickly for a service check up. I noticed my furnace wasn't on this morning and they came out to fix it same day at noon. Excellent service!

Shade Speer was here to check my water heaters and any plumbing problems I might have had. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was very professional and friendly. Great job!

American home pros - Josh - Performed an annual furnace system check today… took the time to take extra, detailed photos of the systems. Explained everything in great detail and addressed any questions that I had. Excellent service!

Jacob Warden was informative, friendly and professional while performing the complimentary plumbing check on my home's fixtures. He made me aware of possible needs by showing pictures that he took and explaining those issues. Appreciated his promptness and personality!

Chris Vessey was my technician today and he was polite and respectful. I had a very scary problem and he fixed it within minutes!! I had my roof replaced in March and the roofer (Epic Roofing) somehow messed up the exhaust vent to my HVAC system. This means they disconnected the exhaust pipe that is supposed to remove the carbon monoxide and other dangerous stuff emitted off a gas heater and those dangerous chemicals were going directly into my garage!!!!! We suspected something was wrong and were not using the heater until it was inspected ‼️

Chris also did some troubleshooting at my request to try and figure out what the weird noise I hear after the AC unit shuts off is. He ruled out any major issues and told me to try and get a better audio recording (I had recorded the noise before but it was not loud enough for him to hear a problem) and then contact him and we'll go from there.

One more comment about Chris...... At some point when he was checking my system trying to" trick it" into making the noise while he was here, he accidentally did something that blew a fuse I think. I appreciated that he told me what happened and told me he was going to his truck to get a fuse to replace it. He was honest. I never would have know this happened and he could have just fixed it and went on about business. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Chris! If I have heat/air or plumbing problems in the future I will be calling American Home Pros! Thank you for good service.

I want to give Shayd & Jacob the utmost kudos !! Jacob first came out for our hot water tank and plumbing inspection. He found that our hot water tank was over 30 years old (we knew it was living on borrowed time) and was in woeful need of replacement. His financing assistance was quick and professional ! Shayd and his guys came today and installed the tank. But this house is so old and we’ve never had good water pressure. He showed us the galvanized pipes that were rusted and some that were completely clogged (again, no surprise) so in the end, we’re getting all new water pipes replaced with a monthly payment that I chose and can afford. The work will be completed just in time for the Thanksgiving holidays. We can’t thank these guys enough for their professionalism and knowledge !!! Great job guys !!!!

We have been thoroughly pleased by AHP. They’ve replaced a hvac coil, 2 furnaces, and today installed our tankless water heater. Always polite, professional, and fast response. Shayed and Tyler did an outstanding job today.

We bought a fixer upper home that needed everything done to it. American Home Pros, and Chris specifically, have replaced or repaired almost everything that requires a professional. They are always professional, up front with pricing, and usually come in at a more reasonable price than their competitors. We value their service so much that we signed up for the monthly service for $17 bucks so that they come do our switchovers every season. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Update 12/22/25: We continue to be thankful we found American Home Pros! Caleb and Hank came out for our annual furnace service today and found cracks that had begun leaking low levels of CO! Apparently a known issue with Trane units, we’ve elected to forego the warranty work and replace our aging units with new Amana equipment to match our ACs. They’ve turned off the gas for safety and already have us scheduled for 12/24 for replacement! With family visiting and hosting Christmas in a few days this could’ve been an inconvenience with no heat, or a huge danger with a Carbon Monoxide leak! Their family and friend’s subscription continues to provide service and peace of mind. Another job well done!

We purchased our Broken Arrow home last year and wanted to find a local company, invested in their community, that offered a preventative HVAC maintenance program. I knew I was searching for a unicorn but was shocked to find just that – and so much more – in American Home Pros!

We’ve been impressed since day one. On every routine visit, they perform a whole system inspection and provide photos documenting their findings. In addition to emailing everything for our records, they take the time to explain what they discovered in a way that’s easy to understand.

When Chris V. uncovered our 1st floor AC needed significant repairs, he had a clear and comprehensive price quote ready for review within minutes. Wanting to explore our options, we asked about the cost of a new unit so he put in a call to the office. Within 2 hours, Tim was walking through the house taking measurements and listening to our concerns about inadequate ducting on the 2nd floor. Rather than tempt fate with a band-aid on an aging system, we elected for the replacement option. Impressed by their expertise and professionalism, we also included Tim’s suggestions for upstairs improvements.
We knew we needed a water heater flush, so we were thrilled to learn they also offered plumbing services. That same afternoon, Chris W. did our whole home plumbing inspection and was prepared to flush the system until he heard a knock coming from the tank. With our preference to be proactive, they put together quotes for repair, replacement or upgrade.

Within two days of our initial HVAC inspection, the team had replaced our AC and solved our duct issues. Within a week, the plumbing crew installed a new tankless water heater, and we conveniently financed everything into a single payment.
Fast forward a year, and on Monday of this week Micco discovered our 2nd floor AC was struggling during the annual inspection. Again, we received an immediate repair quote, and Tim quickly followed up with a replacement estimate. Electing for AC replacement and financing again, we inquired about adding on a whole home water filtration system. Today is Wednesday and Hunter #1 & Hunter #2 had our new AC installed within 2 hours. Colt and Shay reviewed filtration and water softener options with us. Honest and trustworthy, they reviewed the water test we had done by a 3rd party and recommended the filter only, because we had no need for a softener. We’re scheduled for installation tomorrow!

This company is top-notch. They’ve even found and fixed a small gas leak, that only I could smell, when their tools couldn’t even detect one. Even my husband thought I was crazy! Their entire team is always courteous, respectful, punctual, and friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience. They arrive wearing booties and keep their workspace neat from start to finish. We have peace of mind knowing everything has been done properly and they stand behind their work. The office staff proactively schedules our maintenance, relieving me of that responsibility. And their social media is hysterical – if you’re not following them, you should be!

They’ve set the customer service bar so high that we’ve been hard pressed to find anyone, in any field, of their caliber. It takes incredible leadership to build such a great team - Well done!!
