Our heater went out and and almost caught fire right as the cold front came in, after I contacted pro thermal they were out to help us within an hour with a solution. Very respectful and understanding I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great company to handle any problems!

The young serviceman that came out to do an ONG customer maintenance check was very knowledgeable about the ac service. And very professional. He gave recommendations and later followed up on my concerns regarding the company ac pricing. Even though I have not decided to a replacement, believing the prices are a bit high, but I appreciate his ac awareness & professionalism. Thank you Pro Thermal.

Very happy with the service provided. They came and did maintenance on my furnaces, and gave me an itemized list of recommended upgrades/fixes, and tiered them by importance. Didn't try to pressure me about buying everything, just laid out what was available.

I really appreciate the team at Prothermal. They always take care of my system, work around my schedule, and are fair in the pricing. I trust them to treat me like family.

On time arrival, friendly manner, fullexpaibation of thier findins of the AC and blower system with no pushy "buy this" attitude. The outside units' coils were CAKED in dirt and grass clippings
(rent house). Daniel went the extra mile to thoroughly clean all 4 sides, in the heat and sun, without complaint. And without any extra charge! And went into the attic to assess the air ducts/distribution system. All without extra charge (or complaint about the dirt or heat!). And the price for 2 surge protectors (ac and furnace) which I priced with another company, was MUCH more reasonable. Paid for 2 surge protectors, annual ac service maintaince call, 2 airfilters installed and the annual membership renewal for just over 700$. And the other company wanted almost 1,000$ for the same thing. WOW.

The technician Boa did a thorough inspection of my furnaces. He was kind, respectful, and took his time to review all the findings with me. Would definitely recommend pro thermal.

We were having troubles with our current system. Curtis came out and tested everything! He did a complete analysis of our system, complete with pictures, and sat down with us to explain his findings. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what we were discussing.

We have never received as good and awesome service as we have with Tristan and Taylor. We wish other companies would train their employees as well as they were. E had bought an air conditioner from another company last year. It seemed that they just installed it and didn’t find it necessary to take the time to do it correctly. So after seeing how well Tristan and Taylor installed both the furnace and air conditioner we are confident that their professionalism is a huge PLUS for anyone needing installation done extremely correct. They are a GREAT asset to the company. God bless them and your company. We will be recommending you to all who need this service. 5+ stars!!!

We used this company for the first time this summer. They were thorough in explaining all our options, and didn't try and haggle us into something we didn't need. They were able to get our whole unit replaced within a couple days of calling, when other company's couldn't get to us for over a week. The 2 techs that came out were professional and knowledgeable in their work. Our indoor unit looked absolutely amazing after they were finished with it! We will definitely will be using ProThermal for all our heating and cooling needs going forward!

ProThermal was very professional to deal with. My units (Heat & Cooling) was 19 years old, wanted to replace before they failed. Received 4 quotes for replacement and ProThermal was the most professional, experience, and competitive. I really can't say enough in this review, but I am really happy with the equipment, the professional installation, and the whole experience. Pro Thermal came to my home to service my Furnace this past September 2025. In doing so, they discovered my furnace was rusted and in disrepair. When I saw it, I was surprised. It was 20 years old, and the air conditioner was 19 years. Pro Thermal worked with me providing me with great detail and what my cost would be. As soon as I agreed, there was no delay. David and his crew were very professional. It was a one day install, taking out and removing the old, putting in the new Heat and Air. It was seamless with a couple of tweaks. Inspections passed with flying colors. I received rebates for my new equipment. I am very pleased with my new Furnace and Air Conditioner. My home is much warmer; I have not used the air conditioner yet but will soon when it warms up. I highly recommend this company. Honest, clean, neat, very respectful, trustworthy and accommodating. They answer the phone and provide great customer service!! Very important in my book! Thank you, Pro Thermal for a great job!!

UPDATE:
Upon Curtis’s review of repairs and replacements to keep my 22 year old system functioning for another “season” and knowing I had limped it along for a few years, I decided it was time to upgrade everything.
That’s a huge leap, I know, but after a visit with Paul I decided to jump!
Following our conversation of my needs and wants, Paul went over all the options and ways we could increase my system efficiency.

My technicians, Tristan and Zac, did not disappoint!!
These two were above and beyond normal expectations from my history of working with other companies over the 18 years I have called this house my home.
Their professionalism and kindness are so very appreciated.
Their work and care is exceptional!

Even though we had a couple small hiccups, EVERYTHING was handled with great respect, understanding and responsibility. One of those little hiccups delayed completion to the following day.
The temperature rose into the 80’s on their first day of installation and, of course, so did my house.
Tristan went out of his way after work to come back by with a portable AC unit which he installed in my bedroom so I could have a cool night’s sleep. Thank you again, Tristan!
