Dante the electrician has superb all around skills. He checked out the electrical panel, all switches and confirmed voltage was appropriate. He was very personable and committed to getting the job right the first time for no repeat visits for the same work. He has great communication skills and was able to explain terms where anyone could understand. QHCPE he is a good one to keep on your team! He has set the bar high for others to follow!

Quality replaced both our upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems in only one day (using 2 or 3 crews) and did what appears (2 weeks later) to be a very good job. All of the installers were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. A couple of very minor post-installation follow-up issues were quickly well addressed. Not cheap but worth it.

To use this company, make sure you don’t live in North Tulsa, have a house that’s over 65 years old and not in the best condition, or if you’re from a certain background!! The level of incompetence and lack of knowledge and service to ALL people is horrid!! I t’s been 2weeks and the “brand new” unit is still NOT installed properly and the heater doesn’t work!! I was told by Aspen (the smart mouth) who answers the phone, “well, at least the AC is working”!! A job that should’ve taken only one day or less, has been extended to two weeks or more because NOONE will come out and fix the unit!!

This is how they started, trying to “frankenstein” parts of my old unit, which was 22 years old, with the “new” one!!! Below are just a few pics of the incompetence and disrespect and disregard for my house and my safety!!

He was very nice, did what he was scheduled to do, and was fair. I’ve had a goodly amount of work done over the last six months or so with this company, and I appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain why a certain repair is needed, and how their financing works. When there have been issues with a repair, they’ve treated me fairly and have made sure to take care of things. Thanks!

It is refreshing to find a company that remembers what customer service should be. Quality handles a wide range of services. their techs are knowledgeable and professional. My experience over the past 5 years they have gone above and beyond expectations at every turn. Quality is my go to when things happen unexpectedly. Jose and Nate both were friendly and fast and courteous. The 11PM electric troubleshoot with Coryon after he just finished an 80 mile
drive was enjoyable. The Team at quality is first class. Thanks for making my disaster a little less stressful.

Called to see if a same day appointment was available. Dante was the technician that came out and looked over the issues, he took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and the issues. Exceptional service and will highly recommend

Titan and Keyton were the men that came out to put in my new hvac system. They were here right on time after calling to let me know who and when. They were polite. Hard workers, worked well together. New what they were doing. Explained everything I needed to know and asked if I had any questions. They cleaned up when they were done I could be more pleased with those guys and my new system. I highly recommend this company and these guys are truly an asset to the company. They need a raise.

Our technician, Will, came out today for our seasonal tune up on the heater. There was an issue with our heat strips not being utilized because of our thermostat. We had previous companies look into and just bypass the problem. He took the time to figure out how to fix it! Very happy with the dedication and work. It took most of the day but was covered with our service and so happy it’s fixed now!

I have used Quality for my AC and furnace replacement and my electrical box upgrade. I have had zero issues with either system. They got in got the job done and explained everything along the way. Had some honest suggestions on making my home more efficient. I will probably use them for any plumbing issues in the future as well. I highly recommend for honest service at a reasonable price.

William rules! I've never met a plumber who loves their job. He was very meticulous and kept after that drain. The free service call helped us out immensely. Yes, try this company and ask for William if at all possible. We appreciate his help tonight.

Dante was awesome! Very nice and fixed my ceiling fan. He labeled my new breaker panel with Sharpie for me since I have very bad eye sight. So grateful. Thank you!

My heating system failed on the coldest day of the year so far. I called quality heating cooling and plumbing and electric and made an appointment. Their tech Ryan, so it up and was all smiles and very pleasant. He was able to correct the situation bye properly programming the thermostat so all I paid was the service call. That was discounted because I signed up for a service agreement for a very little cost. They even threw in a free filter for my HVAC. All smiles for this visit and look forward to a working partnership with this great company.

William came out today to clean our clogged dryer vent in Tulsa. He took great care of everything and did a fantastic job explaining everything to us! We went ahead and switched over our HVAC maintenance plan from another company after seeing how personable he was and how reasonable the pricing was. Looking forward to getting quotes for our upcoming HVAC replacement soon as well. Thanks again!

Jose was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped me set the app up on my phone to operate the t-stat. I have had the unit 2 years, he is the first tech that told me about the app. I really appreciate his assistance.

Appointment setting is bad! Telling Someone that you will come anytime from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM is ridiculous! The cable company does better than that! Then when the technician showed up he had a scowl on his face and was not nice! There were two technicians who came one was the senior and the other was obviously a trainee. I had two toilets to get the mechanisms replaced. The sr tech did a good job but the trainee didn’t do a good job at all. I had to fix his mistakes to get the toilet to work properly. The water line was barely turned on and the flush chain had too much slack in it and caused start and stop flushes. I had to addess both of these issues before the toilet started working properly. I paid $291 for two toilets and I bought the materials for them to install! And I had to fix the trainee’s mistakes.

Dante was the tech who came to my home today to evaluate my electrical system. He was very polite, professional and courteous. Plus he took the time to explain to me in detail what was needed to maintain and improve my electrical system. I am very pleased with his work.
