We tried out three different companies but Graham got our full time maintenance business. The crew was very professional and priced competitively. Totally recommend.

Dale and Isaac came out to diagnose why my evap froze up. They came out and wasted no time in finding the problem. They were very personable and professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly. Dale walked me through the problem, gave me multiple options to get it fixed, and Isaac kept in touch to insure the system worked probably after the repair. If you're looking for someone you can trust to do what's right by their customer, I couldn't recommend Graham mechanical enough.

Curtis Knight was very thorough, and really good at explaining our upstairs and downstairs units. We were given really bad service with another company in the broken arrow area. Thank you Curtis! 5 stars!

I have heat & air maintenance every year for 15 years. First year for ProThermal. They found a return air was covered by sheetrock which was corrected. Now my airflow is more consistent and the unit runs less thus saving more on utility bills. The employees do a great job. You can’t go wrong using them

I am so grateful I found this excellent Company. They are caring, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Curtis Knight was who they sent out to do an inspection. He fixed my cooling problem and my duct work. Two other companies could not find problem. He was very kind and explained everything in detail while showing me pictures he took. There was absolutely no pressure. My air conditioning works great for the first time this summer! He was very thoughtful and represented the Company well, earning my trust and respect. Definitely a man of integrity. I will never use any other Company.

This is the most professional HVAC company I have ever seen. I worked for a service related company for 35 years and they have the same work ethic that we did. Customer satisfaction by doing the right thing all the time. Grant spends an inordinate amount of time(at least the way I was used to have it)checking a rechecking every detail and using photos of areas that he looked at and either fixed or made sure it was within spec. I’ve had my furnace and AC serviced by Pro Thermal and I have been extremely pleased by work completed and professionalism of the service tech. I am a veteran and I appreciate that they support veterans as well. I had been looking for a good company to service my HVAC and after the first service call I knew they were it! I highly recommend Pro Thermal!

Tristan & Braden were very respectful, very smart answering any question we had. Showed me how to work the temperature gauge I'm an older woman but they were very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I would recommend this boys coming back if I needed anything.
