Wallace Cook with Roto Rooter was very responsive to a gas leak on my property. He is competent, knowledgeable, conscientious, polite and professional. The gas leak was located quickly and he made sure we were able to move back in before the winter storm hit.

DeAndre was great! He showed up and diagnosed the problem, replaced the hot water tank and cleared a drain, and had everything working properly in no time! The only issue is the price seems high.

We had a drain clog that was affecting nearly the whole house and overflowing from the garage drain. Roto Rooter was able to get a technician out within an hour, after 5pm and clear the issue. I’m very grateful for the quick support, especially given the time of day!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing came to our house promptly after the call. The technicians were professionals and Christopher kept us informed. They cleared our sewer pipe all the way to the city connection in one hour for a good price. I will definetly will give them a call for future Plumbing needs.

The guys showed up and promptly got to work on uncloging my basement drain. It only took about 10 minutes and the drain was working great. The cost was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend and I will use them any time I need my drain uncloged in the future. Good job!

Great service, great communication. The technician was very helpful and respectful. The price was high for 15 minutes of work. But it also was on a Sunday. I do understand. But we had to get the clog done since we do have 7 people in are home. Thank you roto-rooter for your fast service and fixing are issue.

AMAZING! I adapted my schedule and waited over 7 hours for a “4.9 star 37+ years in the business” plumber, only to have them cancel late in the afternoon. RotoRooter sent a technician out right away. Clog was fixed in less than 45 minutes. Joseph let me know what he was doing as he went through the steps and followed up with a diagnostic of what he found and fixed. He also cleaned up after himself - which was appreciated! I will always call RotoRooter first now!
