Matthew was super friendly, very professional, very thorough, helped with preventative maintenance, took the time to make sure we wouldn’t have further issues, 10/10 recommend.

Matt and Pat provided superior service. They flushed out the system, took pictures and found the culprit. Recently Metronet has been going through this neighborhood drilling new fiber optic cables, which cracked my main pipe. They took their time and explained everything and I mean everything in detail. We needed a plumber early one evening last week for an emergency repair. Boy did we have luck on our side! Mike responded quickly and after checking out the problem he gave us assurance he could help us. He patched the problem leak so he could come back the next morning. He gave us the estimate of cost and time it would take to repair. Cost was reasonable considering the emergency and amount of time repairing the problem. Mike was great, professional and very personable. We really were lucky finding this company. I do believe we have a plumber to depend on now. Thank you 1 -Tom -Plumber!!

These guys know what they are doing! They solved my problem in no time, they helped educate me, and all at a fair price! They helped me find a solution to an affordable water heater replacement. 10 stars in my opinion!

I had a toilet leak, the valve was broken and I couldn't pull the toilet. Less than 24 hours later, they were there. I have a remodel going on, and every time I turned around that day, something else in the plumbing was broken. This plumber stayed with me, more than half the day, fixing everything! Kitchen leak and powder room leak.

I had a water leak coming from somewhere in my hot water heater closet. Last week I had a plumber come out. He diagnosed the problem and was going charge me between $1500 and $2500, depending on what he found when he checked the recirculating system on my water heating system. I told him I would let him know. I then called 1-Tom-Plumber.

Matthew arrived this morning at 10:00 AM. By 10:30 he had diagnosed the problem (differently than plumber #1) and given me a quote of $400. By 11:30 he had shown me where the leak was, fixed it and cleaned up, ANNNNND worked on a faucet in our master bathroom at no additional charge.

We could not have been more pleased with Matthew’s professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and “just being a good guy”.

I wholeheartedly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber (or at least Matthew) for your plumbing needs. Hopefully not too soon, but we will use them again.

Woke up at 4am to a water heater burst, and after some quick research, I came across 1-Tom. Nathan responded just after sunrise and helped figure things out pretty quickly. The best company! We smelled a gas leak coming from our fireplace spreading around our house. Called Brent and he immediately had Tanner his tech come out to assess the situation. He had to turn our gas off for the night and he came back first thing in the morning to fix the pipe leak. They were all so nice, patient and explained everything they were doing. They were super fast and thorough. Can’t compliment them enough!
